Henry will start. He works hard and is a good team player. Mowatt will be on bench; he's not fully match fit yet. Suggest Thomas for Obika and as you were for rest of team. Henry is going to curl a free kick in the top corner tonight. Heard it here first. Proof sound does travel faster

There could be a few postponements around the country tonight. It's looking rather wet!

2-1 either way.
A reasonably entertaining and hard fought game where the loss of Obika may be telling.
6,327 watching, plus 1 t*at with a smoke bomb.

From the Bradford forum: Oxford's only decent opponents so far are MK and Scunny, neither of which they beat. I'll settle for a draw but we should win.
Not sure how Shrewsbury aren't included as a decent team unbeaten and top of the league. Classic football fan reading into past expectations of teams on who they should be beating but football doesn't work like that, new season new players and nothing at this stage going into the 7th league game can be predicted.

Don't think there won't be too much between the sides. Hoping for a win but predict a 1-1 draw with a defender from each team scoring.
Weather forecast not looking at all good, so don't expecting a classic.
What sort of person designs a stadium with three stands and leaves the open end facing towards the prevailing wind?

No doubt about it, tonight is a big test for us, really hope we can start beating teams at the top, will be a big 3 points and i think a huge statement if we do.
Also agree the weather could play a part so going for narrow 1-0 to us - Payne

To be fair to the Bradford mob - we didn't beat Shrewsbury either! We've played three games against teams that seem likely to end up in the bottom half (Portmouth, Oldham, Gillingham) and thumped them all. Which is awesome because thumping the bad teams gets you more than halfway to promotion. To get the rest of the way, we've got to start winning three points against some of the division's good teams. Bradford undoubtedly look like one of those, so tonight seems as good a time as any to get started on that.

I'd go 3 at the back tonight. Not normally a fan at this level, but think it would suit the players we've got available and the weather!
Eastwood Nelson Williamson Mousinho Carroll Rothwell Ledson Mowatt Ricardinho Payne Thomas
Think it'll be a tough game today. The conditions will favor them. 1-2, hope I'm wrong.

Official team just out: Eastwood, Mous, Nelson, Williamson, Silva, Henry, Rothwell, Ledson, Hall, Payne, Thomas. Not exaggerating when I say that's the best defence in the league

Good evening, folks. The line up looks very good defensively, happy with that because Bradford have a very good attack. But their defense has a few leaky holes so hopefully our midfield and forwards can let them see that we can score from any angle.. A tight win, probably with 3-1.
COME ON YOU YELLOWS
