I think this situation highlights a number of things; 1. It was good of the club to offer him a contract, knowing that he had a condition I would say no it doesn't. From a purely business point of view it was as it turns out a risky gamble which backfired costing the club precious cash. I know that sounds terrible, but you have to remember the club is a business and not a charity. Churlish. We know the club is a business. That's why the guy had a medical when he signed. Which he passed. And then his condition rapidly worsened. Can't really blame anyone can you? S**t happens. Thank goodness medical advice was given at the right time rather than us have a MV Foe disaster on our hands. Club has acted sensibly here.
