Whoever scores first will have a good chance to Take the points.......What the f*ck are you talking about Pep? Really, really weird. He's talking about taking positives from the game. Again. His theory, after every defeat, seems to be that if you concede the first goal you can't expect to get a result. So no point in being self-critical- it was all the fault of the first goal. Have you heard anything about a take over Charley

Worrying how quickly we collapsed after the first. Tbf it looked extremely soft, but what followed was embarrassing. Should also be said that Bury were a lot better than I expected and actually played some decent stuff. We still have a decent squad but we badly need to change system. Bury showed tonight how effective 5-3-2 can be, last few games we've been overran in he middle. The main area that worries me is upfront. Obika looks a good player but isn't going to score many, in the Ryan Taylor mould, apart from that Jheeez

Our defence was kamikaze. Bury could have scored 10. They scored their 2nd and 3rd just after pep brought on 3 subs. I don't think the players knew where they were playing. I think pep is out of his depth. Should have gone for lampard.

In what way? ?? I see he picks the team and does the training and tactics. mmmmmmm. Or maybe he has just sucked the club dry financially? MOST RIDICULOUS COMMENT OF THE NIGHT! Are people still digging their heads in the sand regarding Eales? For him, this summer was about recouping as much of his outlay as possible before selling to the highest bidder. Unfortunately that bid seems to have come from some Thai businesspeople that even Reading fans hated. Pep was probably given that same speil by Eales that he's given us, too. Bigger budget? Yeah right. Like I said, do we really think the likes of Mehmeti were Pep's first choice? We made around £3.5m in transfer fees this summer and spent, what, £3-400k absolute max? Sure, maybe our wage budget went up a bit (I still can't see it), but all in Eales has done very, very well financially this summer. And he's done an excellent job of pulling the wool over everyones' eyes in the process. Of course he has not put a penny of his own money into the club has he? Plus he will spend, do you not remember we had agreed £200k for a defender before the sales begun. Spending does not guarantee success. The model Appy built was not about spending, but building a sustainable club. If he has got this appointment wrong then, nobody can really complain as most thought it was a great appointment.

Maguire saying contract talks were stalling that’s why he is at Bury

Kind of gutted I've got tickets for Peterborough but guess this is what it's like supporting a lower league club at times.

Pep's deluded - to suggest we have enough cushion points to recover and the first goal was going to be important between 2 evenly matched teams!!! Jeez..... Chippy and MApp would be spitting teeth.

McGuire has just told us how it was, he came down, met the new manager, talks took ages and money wasn't quite good enough, this almost confirms Eales is cutting his costs, if he's not careful he'll undo all of the good work that he's done!

Not just defeats but complete poor performances in all three how can a professional team not put in at least one good performance in those games. Embarrassing f*cking embarrassing.

Bookies have us as favourites to win tonight! Maguero is 2/1 to score anytime, same price as Bury to win. Dirty money

Make no mistake we are in a relegation battle In September? Yes Bob This is really really worrying there is no backbone and when we lose Saturday and we will, confidence will be rock bottom. I have said it before and will say it again, Pep is a fantastic coach but a poor manager look at his record when he has been no.1 The players he has brought in are not good enough

I asked Pep at the fans forum off record if he was going to get a striker as we should have money to get one and his response to me was, if there is money I haven't seen it!

We wouldn't pay up for Maguire but we were happy to pay for players flights from all over the world. And they are probably on near enough what he would want.

Are we all in agreement that this run of terrible form started when we conceded that 94th equaliser against Bradford? It feels like we haven't had an ounce of confidence since.

We've won 3 - Oldham and Gillingham in crisis and sacked their managers and both still in drop zone. The third - Portsmouth - are 2 pts above us. Says it all. Oldam beat Peterborough tonight who were in an automatic promotion place.

Why couldn't Pep come out and say it how it was that it wasn't good enough. He won't make it as a manager if he can not do the basic evaluations.
