If it goes behind the East Stand none of us will be able to see it! Except those popping out for crafty puff on a fag?

Except those popping out for crafty puff on a fag? Isn't engaging in such an act in public illegal? Yes of course it is, but the east standers are rebellious types, some of them refuse to sit on the plastic seat provided as well!

Think the North Stand is the best place to put it. The majority of home fans will be able to see it and the away fans don't need to see how many we've put past them. Seen as the club didn't consult the fans on this EFL Trophy nonsense maybe they will consult us with this. North Stand gets my vote.

If it goes behind the East Stand none of us will be able to see it! If it goes in the corners of the ss none of us will be able to see it Why wouldn't you? The North Stand could see it with it being in the corner of the North stand for past 10 years. London Welsh had it at the corner of the pitch South stand side. And they only opened up the South stand. It would go just to the side of the temp stand on the south stand side. Why would you put on back wall of East stand, where it's the only place there is any colour and anything that makes it feel like Oxford United's stadium with it covered with the lads banners.

Plus it was him that voted for the poxy premier and championship youth teams to get into the tin pot trophy, whatever they call it now. Certainly does not seem as efficient as MA. The only positive, is the unofficial ""renaming of the stadium to Grenoble Road "". Maybe we can all call it that on the forum, and the hated word K****m is banned. I think you'll find that GBT did not vote that way. As for the rest of the quoted post, ascotyellow , why not seek out GBT, a very available and approachable chap, and tell him how you feel? Maybe you could demand his resignation and exile from Oxford. Or, you could refrain from making stuff up that you almost certainly have no understanding of and seek facts before you defame someone on a message board. Let us know when you've have a chat with GBT. I look forward to your report. an over the top response oxfordyankee, and seeing as your privy to more information why not share it with us, the club certainly haven't? GBT is the man in charge whether the issues are with third parties or not he is responsible. communication could have been better and he needs to be stronger with third parties. Blaming ticketmaster for posting season tickets late is lame. Clearly we sent them the data far too late. 'Unprecedented demand? we have sold 35% more season tickets this year, I could have told you at the end of the wycombe game we would do that! Hes clearly your friend so have a word and tell him to step up!

What I do know is that he often watches games with fans, is freely available to talk to and will be at the OxVox meeting tonight to answer questions. My point is, that instead of spouting off a load of bile concerning his performance on an internet forum, you could easily discuss your points with him directly and receive an explanation. No one on here can help you, so why not give it a try and give him the courtesy of a right of reply?

GBT is the man in charge. Ultimately he takes responsibility for the day to day running. needs to get a grip and start making sure these things stop.

But your original post reads like you have examined all the evidence and have judged that one man is guilty. My own feeling is, bar the issue with Season Tickets, most of the issues to be discussed will come down to the relationship with the Stadium Company. It surprises me not one bit that our recent success may well have made them hungrier for a bigger slice of our increased match-day revenues. If that is true and they want too much then I'm right behind the management of the club to take a stand, even if that means some disruption.

You'll know though, I'm sure, that these discussions are always held in a commercial-in-confidence manner and it makes it very difficult to be totally transparent. Reading the OM this morning it seems that high-noon has been set for the next OUFC board meeting (next week). I'm sure, with the addition of tonight's OxVox discussions, that we'll all be able to draw more accurate and informed conclusions.

I have to say this does annoy me. Specifically because I tend to do a Likely Lads type of thing in trying to watch Match of the Day each week without knowing the scores. Inevitably someone near me in the East Stand will be giving a running commentary on every goal going in during a game.

Given the blanket coverage the premier league gets isn't that near impossible unless you seal yourself in some vault between just after midday Saturday till match of the day starts, never heard of anyone trying that nowadays. Have you ever managed it?

My vote is for a replica of the original Manor Ground scoreboard, and I nominate Rosie to use the pole to hook the numbers on!

I'm pretty sure Klaudia's too busy in hospitality or looking after the kids for Rosie to lift her up to change the scores - and she does have a name - don't just call her "the Pole" 😝
