Hylton hits Lootons 7th...... should never..... Isn’t that at least the second time they’ve scored a shedload?

Follow the moto- win or lose up the u’s I’ve found it make the good results enjoyable and the bad results a minor blip before getting back to the good results. The mass swing from doom to delight just sounds like hard work

First time match thread creator. Argyle 0 Oxford 3 Thomas, Payne, Obika. The mighty yellows show plenty of resolve, spirit and no little skill to trounce the men in green. Pep goes against his natural instinct with a 4-4-2 formation and is declared a tactical genius. And flying pigs are seen over Grenoble Road, and Charlie admits he’s wrong. Think I just saw at least one pig flying down the Grenoble Road. Am I now chief match thread creator?

Well done Pep and the players. Let's get the take over sorted, one way or the other, so everyone can focus (sorry for using that word) on football and nothing else. COYY What take over? No has ever mentioned a takeover of the club on the forum Hopefully this result will send us on another winning before we get relegated.

Our most complete performance of the season for me. Albeit against 10 men. Even so, we put them to the sword in style.

Massive confidence boost going into a game against a well performing Blackburn, Massive for Martin and Tiendalli's confidence too.

Shades of Peterborough away. Just as I think we are all but devoid of the pace required to be successful we demonstrate that we can do without it! I have no idea how Tuesday is going to pan out.

Full respect the Shrews again. Not the best footballing team but really know how to do a job on other decent teams

What a performance, don't think the importance can be overestimated. Sounds like both Tiendelli and Martin had good games, I do worry about their fitness (Tiendelli's especially) with regard to the Blackburn game but I'm sure their confidence will have increased tenfold following today. Hopefully this can become the pivot for another decent run of form, COYY.
Oh, and Yellow River is on thread making duty until we lose

Looking at the table is so frustrating. As someone noted earlier - no one in this league has scored more goals than we have - so quite why the complaints about having no goal scorers I don’t know. The problem has been the other half of that equation.

Are there any refs on here who could offer their opinion on the red card? I haven't seen it but I thought you weren't meant to get sent off if you went for the ball in the box anymore

This is a long trip home , but not as long as it could have felt if we'd lost 😀
We really could and should have doubled what we got.
Following Peterborough today is the 2nd away game I've been to when we are on a shit run...and scored 4 both times. IF we have another bad run I'd best go to another away game 😀
