I'm being told that I don't have a subscription, when I know I have. Mine just came up for renewal..and had to make payment twice as the first didn't go thru..have you checked your my account page to see transactions etc. I Think the changeover meant we were all on a free pass till sub due. The help chat bubble person was quite helpful so try that too. You're absolutely spot on. It seems my subscription had expired since I listened to the game on Tuesday. All sorted now. Thanks

Had my first iFollow experience this morning (US time).
Have to say I thought it was excellent - picture quality was perfect throughout. The sound started off a little behind the picture - and got gradually more so as the game went on. But willing to put up with that to watch OUFC games in crystal clarity!
Given that my season ticket was pretty close to the camera position, it's also very similar to the view I'm used to. Given that there's no replays, no clock and no score update - so I have to keep time with my watch and risk missing a goal if I go for a cuppa or a p*ss - it's the closest thing to actually being there that I'm going to get living over here!

Try to figure out which one (sound or video) is ahead and by how many seconds, and then pause that one for that number of seconds.

When I'm talking about sound here, I'm referring to just the crowd noise/ambient stadium noise, rather than any radio commentary (I prefer getting as close as possible to the stadium experience!) Is the stadium noise on a different, controllable track from the video? Because I only saw a solitary pause button!

With patience it is possible to synchronize that with the video stream.

Is anyone successfully casting/mirroring to their tv from a laptop, or even using a hdmi cable? It doesn't work on apple devices

Yeah I'm using a chrome cast I can't get ay connection to the live stream on my chrome book, I'm assuming you are using a regular laptop? I've spent weeks trying to get my chrome book connect so I can cast to my tv. Still, watching live on my iPad is still not the end of the world.

I'm working this weekend, and my company has recently changed office. I've no idea why, but this new place has its internet routed through Switzerland. So I can't get my UK iFollow radio stream, and I also can't get the video, unless I decide to pay for the non-UK subscription as well!
Anyone have any web links to a Radio Oxford stream that won't cut off once the match starts?

I had understood that you can watch matches live if you are overseas. On Saturday I went to iFollow (I have a UK subscription) and it offered me the match live for Euros 6. I paid my money which it accepted instantly. When I tried to watch it said "Playback problems. Please try later". The "Listen live" option flashed "Loading" and nothing happened. Although all the other videos are locked it is now offering extended highlights. Guess what. It is saying "Playback problems. Please try later". Hopeless! Anyone want to give me the odds on getting my money back?

Not very good odds me thinks ifollow sucks a bit, I only listen to matches if I cant go or cant listen to it on live radio. Sometimes if I lose connection when I reconnect it keeps saying update your subscription, have to sign out and sign back in again.

I log into iFollow and start watching,I then open another tab and try to go to open iFollow to get radio Oxford commentary, but a message says that iFollow is already running.

Below is an email I sent to 'chairman@oufc.co.uk' on 28/8. To date no reply. I dont intend to spend 100GBP until the comments on this forum indicate that it is worth it. Very sad as I feel cut off fromm following OUFC.
G’day Mr Eales, I am an Australian based Oxford fan who has been a user of yellow player in past seasons for much appreciated commentary of live matches and video reviews of matches played. As I am also a user of yellows fans forum I have decided not to sign up for IFOLLOW because of the fans comments on its performance. Thus I have ceased about 40 GBP per year on yellowplayer and declined to pay 100+ GBP for IFOLLOW. I presume this means a decline in revenue for OUFC which I regret. You may be already aware of the situation and I hope you can bring some influence to bear on the operators of IFOLLOW. Please continue all your good work for OUFC. Regards

Just about to cancel my subscription, as the service isn't working for me and they don't seem bothered to resolve the issues I have highlighted.

So iFollow cuts out half way through Ribs interview so I try and switch to BBC Oxford to listen to the last 15 minutes but that won't broadcast until 10pm. Surely iFollow can carry on for a set amount of time after the game?!

Yes I've emailed them about this..at least they've stopped cutting out half time on midweek games..it's so imbecilic..doesn't anybody there know what listening to a radio coverage means.

Nothing's working on any device, on any browser. Emailed them on Saturda, after 2 hours of trying to sort their service out, with screen grabs of issues and they finally reply today with an imbecilic one sentence reply akin to "Have you tried turning it off and on again?". Woke up at 2.45am today to watch the Charlton match and the same issue. Crap service lately with non-existent customer support. Frustrated and exasperated. Need to get my money back from these iFollow clowns.
