Search for windscribe mate you only get 10GB a month with winscribe. Probably not enough for a months worth of match streaming. I’m using OperaVPN on IOS. Works excellent with an iPad. I use the iFollow app. Just annoying it doesn’t allow Apple TV/ Lightning HDMI through the app.

Not sure if it's been suggested, as I haven't read the entire thread, however I just used the Opera browser yesterday.
It it has a VPN setting, unlimited, and works easily if using iFollow via a browser.

I paid for the season pass with audio coverage and it keeps cutting out / saying that I need to upgrade my subscription. Tried logging in / out and retrying etc, but it won't let my listen to the games. Worked at most for 2 mins before coming up with the same problem. Sent the following email to the EFL / iFollow:
Good evening,
I am writing to express my disappointment at the quality of service I have thus far received from iFollow (Oxford United) this season.
On the opening day of the season, I had some time left on my previous subscription to yellows player, and the iFollow radio stream kept cutting out. When this remaining time on my old subscription ran out, I signed up to the 1 year iFollow package which should include full audio coverage of the games, however when I tried listening to the game via the app, it kept saying that I needed to upgrade my subscription in order to do so. After several attempts at refreshing, logging out of the app and logging back in, it eventually played content... for about 2 minutes before cutting out. I then tried to play it again and kept getting the message that I needed to upgrade my subscription. This meant that I was not able to follow my team's progress throughout the afternoon whilst I was on the move - something that I thought I would be able to do after paying the full subscription fee. I have not tried streaming the audio coverage via the website on my computer.
If you require them, I am happy to provide whatever account details you may need to identify the problem, and I look forward to the service being corrected by the next league game.
I would appreciate some form of recompense for the inconvenience, and would suggest a partial refund of the subscription fee (without any further disruption to the service) as being a fitting compensation - unless the fee went directly to OUFC, since I would not want to take away from the club (someone has to support lower league teams, as the EFL scarcely does) and I hope that my faith in this service and the EFL may be restored as a response to this issue.
I look forward to your reply,
Many thanks
Doubt it will have any impact and will probably get a snooty reply.

At least something has been done about the half time nonsense: From the club website:
iFollow means that overseas fans are able to see the whole game live and UK subscribers able to hear it. In Halftimegate it looks as though we/common sense have won and we are told that commentary will be left on throughout the break.

I can watch on my iPhone or iPad no problem, but I can't do mirroring onto the tv with my apple devices. I want to Chromecast from my laptop to my tv. I've written emails and messages in the little conversation bubble on the website but had NO REPLY. I'm happy on a basic level that I can watch the game but things could obviously be a lot better

I'd recommend removing cookies from your browser of choice and then clearing the browser cache, or opening a private window. It maybe their code causing the issue from the initial sign up process.

That's what their support suggested too. When it didn't work they had no clue what to do. I work in IT, and it was obvious that I know a lot now about browsers, webservices, etc than they did. Regretfully, I'm going to have to get my money back. I really want to watch oufc watches, but I have no confidence that they can resolve the issues. I can't spend another Saturday afternoon getting so stressed and annoyed with no result(well, now than usual with oufc 😆😆)

The only thing I can suggest is turning off ad blockers, trackers etc. Sometimes they hide supplementary things that make websites tick. Effectively white list the site.

They jumped straight to asking me if I had been trying to use a VPN... so assuming my fault. I have no VPN on my phone. Poor service.

Wonder if anyone can help - in Greece on holiday and wouldnt offer me the monthly subscription but can buy a day pass for €6 for MKD. How can I watch it?? On a laptop or does it have to be on the mobile via the app? Ive downloaded the app but cant see any of the "restricted" videos etc so just hoping when game time comes can access but what are the steps for seeing the game on laptop or android? Is is as simple as going to match centre and then will there be a button to say watch live (similar to the listen now for the commentary?) Cheers - technomoron :-)

On my laptop I log in, then go to Matches->Fixtures, find the match and click the link for video. (often have to re-log in a few times)

I've dropped over £100 on this service. I log in - it tells me I've logged in and then on the subs page it confirms that I've spent the money. I travel a lot so it is worth it. But then it demands that I register in order to see the game - this service is so poor, it amounts to a scam. I don't know whether OUFC are obliged to use it by the EFL (I presume they are) but at the moment their neglect of bog standard technical facilities (EFL I mean) is nothing short of criminal.

I'm being told that I don't have a subscription, when I know I have. Mine just came up for renewal..and had to make payment twice as the first didn't go thru..have you checked your my account page to see transactions etc. I Think the changeover meant we were all on a free pass till sub due. The help chat bubble person was quite helpful so try that too.
