Anyone else listening to commentary? It's cut out and not playing half time chat for me. Just a looped message saying "we'll be back after half time". Literally just come back on as I'm typing this after a 10min break though.

Is it the radio oxford commentary that you get with the ifollow coverage?

Is it the radio oxford commentary that you get with the ifollow coverage? Yes. Although as noted, for some reason, you don't get the half-time chat. Last night, they also cut out during the post-match analysis too, although that was considerably later than expected. On the plus side, it worked a treat in Delhi, unexpectedly.

Just found out via iFollow support that if using a PC/laptop with XP os (even with the unofficial service pack 4) you probably need to run the player in Chrome browser, Firefox would not work for me, and they do support old versions of IE.

Hi Each.
Ok, in a bid to not get too stressed out trying to get this to work tomorrow, can someone with more tech knowledge than I, please answer the following?
Is the portsmouth game live video and audio on ifollow tomorrow?
I've signed up for the season, does this allow me to watch the game live or just listen to it?
Has ifollow replaced Yellow Player?
I have an apple mac system, and mac book pro laptop, can I watch on this?
is there an app for my iphone when I am out to listen/watch live?
Sorry for all the questions, they've not made the transfer easy.

Pompey game will be on live & audio. It will only be available to watch outside the UK (unless you get techy with ISP masking/Tor browsers etc). You will get live audio in the UK. Its replaced Yellowplayer. You can`t "watch"on your mac/apple gizmo (unless you do the ISP thing!)
Put your phone down and look where you are going!!!
Hope you are well!!

It is rumoured that you can "buy" an ISP through a VPN provider that makes the provider think you are not in the UK (try googling StrongVPN, Hidemyass, etc). You can also use a Proxy like IPHider....... Of course all these maybe considered illegal/immoral or both...... if you know what i mean. These are fairly lightweight solutions and their tech maybe ahead of this.....although I doubt it. If they are than you are into TOR browsers which are probably so "hot" they will flag up on their system by default. Failing that it could be "TankTV" and FB live!!

Has anyone had any experience actually changing locations with ifollow yet (either physically or through VPN) - I guess perhaps it's too early in the season for anyone to have tested it? Not taking the p*ss, this is a (semi?) legal issue as I'm going to be abroad for a bunch of games and want to watch them live if possible. I'm assuming my UK-based sub won't magically pop up as a live-enabled one just because I'm logging in from outside the UK. Is my only legal option to wait til I'm working on a foreign ISP and then pay for a whole new subscription to ifollow? The whole thing makes my head hurt.

I would ask IFollow about using a UK Subscription outside of the UK. I can`t see them leaving it that "open".....mostly for the reasons of UK residents "pretending to be elsewhere" via VPN/Proxy.

I have signed up for the free audio service, as well as downloading the app. Can you use this login to sign up for games on an individual basis? Also where do I go to be able to pay/subscribe? The only subscription option I could find was for a seasons pass. Clearly not the most user friendly system. I'm a few thousand miles away from the uk, so tick the remote from U.K. Bit.

Just signed up as an expat however both my UK and US credit card would not process as it registered EFL iFollow as a fraudulent website!! Strange as you have to be out of the UK to register!

I am abroad at the moment and my subscription says "Monthly Pass UK (Oxford United)" and last weekend I was able to watch the game but not listen to the commentary. I think the only way to have both is to have 2 tabs open on a computer. I was logged in on the app on an iPad. I'm not aware I have any sort of special sub though i could be wrong. TBH I wonder if I prefer the RadOx commentary rather than the live stream if I can only have one? Let's see if things have changed today - there appears to have been an update to the app during the week. Gutted not to be there today.

There has been an update to fix an region blocking of commentary. Hopefully that will work. I'm in the UK on holiday and managed to subscribe to the international option using my U.K. Bank card. The video stream worked very well for me last week.

First time using iFollow commentaries for this UK-based exile (I went to Oldham, so no need, and wasn't arsed about Cheltenham). Question: can you listen to the RadOx commentaries on your computer, or are they only available from the phone app? I can't find audio commentary anywhere at www.oufc.co.uk/ifollow/ - all I've got is Latest Videos, Video Archive, Subscribe (I already do) and Mobile App (I've already got it). [Edit: "*Live matches and full match replays are unavailable on iOS and Android mobile/tablet devices via a browser. Please download the app by clicking on the appropriate App Store image below." Seems to apply to any browser, not just on iOS/Android. So I'm sat at a computer with decent speakers, but I've got to listen to it through a tinny mobile phone. Well, that's bloody stupid.]

In app: "To access this content please upgrade your account." On website: "Current Subscriptions: Season Pass UK (Oxford United) .... Season Pass: Access audio commentary and premium video throughout the season...Live audio commentary of all matches"
So where is it?
[Edit: working now in app]

Southoxox: try Matches > Fixtures and then scroll down to August and click on "Live on iFollow". (Can't verify this as I'm in the UK.)

I don't have it, but does iFollow have any ads?
For people experiencing problems it could be because of extensions. Maybe turn them off for iFollow and see if it'll work.
Otherwise I imagine all browsers have a scan tool you could try -https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/index.html
