Good news. Oxford Mail suggesting that the reason it's only for another month is due to the fact that it's Everton's usual policy.

In his Yellow Player interview ahead of York, MApp indicates that Kenny may be involved for England U19s over the Easter period.

Anyone know his contract situation with Everton? I reckon he is a very good prospect for the future and could play in League 1 for us next season.

Very highly rated at Everton, couldn't see any possibility of a perminant deal

Very highly rated at Everton, couldn't see any possibility of a perminant deal I think the suggestion was more that we might have him on a season's loan next year if we're lucky ala Baldock (albeit for a full season with any luck!) Can only see it being viable if we're in L1.

Think youth loans(under 21) are a lot more flexible than emergency loans, therefore the 93 day rule doesn't apply.

Hope so, otherwise his loan ends a few days before Wembley!

Having seen him a few times now I think he's solid enough, but still a downgrade on Baldock. Not having a go or anything, just a dad reminiscence, like thinking of a stunning ex girlfriend.

It took us only 6 months to develop 2 players into first team Championship standard this season and 6 months to develop somebody to be trusted at right back for a Premiership side.
EDIT: Half a season, not 6 months.

Remember Northampton finished 13 points ahead of us so for every player of Premiership/Championship quality we produce, they'll have produced about 5 or 6. I think clubs would much rather send their players to a club that pisses the league rather than a club that will turn them into good footballers.

BBC don't mention Kenny... "A super flowing move involving teenagers Tom Davies and Kieran Dowell ends in Kevin Mirallas tapping home from six yards." Here is the goal: streamable.com/2tzz

From Sky:
GOAL! EVERTON 3-0 NORWICH (Mirallas, 48)
That should be that for Everton! Dowall finds McCarthy out wide who spots the run of the overlapping Kenny and his cutback wriggles through to Mirallas at the back post and he has the easiest of tap-in's. Too easy for Everton.
