Why doesn't everyone upload the poster on to their facebook/twitter etc. I put it on my facebook and ten people have already said to me that they'll come after seeing it.
Its easy advertising.

Thank you to everyone for your support for what we are organising for Saturday. I am fully aware of the feelings of some fans, and I share some of the same views. But it seems many fans are putting opinions to one side just for this weekend, and instead of staying away on Saturday, they will be there for Ultimate Support Saturday, and want to be a part of the fans day, organised by fans. We really appreciate that, and thank everyone for buying tickets, or those who are soon to buy tickets.
On Saturday, bring flags, balloons, ticker type, banners, or anything else to add to the colour and atmosphere in the day. We want to create a real noise, to sing loud and proud. We all love Oxford United, and on Saturday we will show that, and hopefully inspire the team to get the 3 points.
Thank you. We know things are tough right now, so we appreciate the support, and its shows we have some of the best football fans in the world.
BRING THE NOISE!!

Well done Joe for organising this and leading it, you will probably despite the current form, find that your initiaitive will bring in some much needed and extra revenue which otherwise the club would not have seen - so well done for that. Even if 750 extra turn up, you've helped bring in close to five figures (££)! OxVox have released a story on it today too and put it on our Twitter feed. Get your voice heard on Saturday 22 November 2012 This Saturday marks the latest home game to be designated as Ultimate Support Saturday. The aim of Ultimate Support Saturday is to improve the atmosphere and attendances at Oxford United home matches and supporter Joe Nicholls, who had been behind this year's game writes: "Last year against Bristol Rovers was a big success, with a great crowd, great result, and amazing atmosphere. The day was enjoyed by everyone, and the crowds in the home games that followed were up. "This is our fans day. We want every Oxford fan who can to be a part of this. It's your day, so let's all work together to make it the best day possible. We would like fans to bring friends and family along, to show them what Oxford United are about. People who don't come too often, or haven't been before, can become hooked on Oxford United on days like this. Especially kids. "I remember when I was younger, the incredible atmosphere at football, it made me want to come back and watch Oxford United again and again. I'm 32 and a season ticket holder, and have a two- year-old son who will come with me when he is older. It's all possible because I got hooked when I was younger. This is what the day is about. So plan a day at the football with your mates, come along with your family and workmates, and be a part of the day. "There will be things happening in the build up to help promote Ultimate Support Saturday, but its all of us who can make a real difference. Spread the word, tell people about it, encourage them to come along. Below is a flyer. Please download it and take it into schools, colleges, work, and pubs, and anywhere else you think people might see it. This is our day, it belongs to us all. So any ideas to make this better, get in touch." So come along on Saturday and get your voice heard! You can book tickets right now for the Northampton game. Not at all L&P ask Joe I've been in contact with him for weeks if not months on this. I put up the story today to give it one last push. I think Joe's done a great job and he knows he's got our backing.

I can't fault Mark and the others at OxVox. They are always a great support, and i am grateful. Special thanks must also go to the Ultras lads, Radio Oxford, Oxford Mail, Oxford United, and our great fans who are getting behind this. Let's give it one final push, and see if we can make USS even better on Saturday. The above idea is a good one. It's simple, but effective. If you can make the flyer your profile pic on Facebook or Twitter, and share the flyer on there, that will really help . 2 days to go, bring the noise!!!!!

I make it 3617 tickets left for home fans...
3175 in the north are not on sale for home fans..
So I make it, 12,500 - 3617 - 3175 = 5708 home fans. Northampton have pre sold 500.
So that's 6208 in total.

I know alot of people are going to pay on the day. Northampton will bring 1000 odd, so i expect a 7.5k Crowd.

The work people have done to promote this its deserved of at least a 7k crowd.
I would be dissapointed with less than 1000 away fans..

So, after 3 weeks since announcing the next Ultimate Support Saturday, we are now 1 day away. The support from everyone has been great, and has made me work as hard as i can to give the fans at the game tomorrow the best day possible. If you havent decided whether to come yet, or didnt think you would, then please come a long. This day isnt about anything other than the fans making some noise for the team we love. This is it, we need everyone at the game tomorrow to bring the noise. If you want to get involved with the main group of singers tomorrow, then if its possible, and your not taking anyone elses seat, then gather at the back of block 19 on the top few rows, or in the two central blocks of the East Stand. Its from there, we want the atmosphere to build from. Everyone in the East Stand can really make a difference by getting involved and singing as loudly as possible, no matter where you are sitting or standing. Its not just the East Stand who can make a difference tomorrow. Any Oxford fan in the North Stand or South Stand is a part of the day, and it would be great to hear some noise coming from both stands. Tomorrow is about all Oxford fans uniting together to create a great atmosphere. To add colour to the atmosphere, bring balloons, ticker tape, flags and scarfs. Lets make this a really noisy and colourful day. The most important thing tomorrow is Oxford United getting 3 points. There may be times during the game, when things arent going to well, or we arent playing as well as we know we can. This is when we need to keep the noise up, to help the team throughout the whole 90 minutes. If we go behind, lets get louder. We can make a difference. Referees as swayed by a loud noisy home crowd, opposition players are forced into mistakes when there is a wall of noise, and we have seen opposition players panic when there is a roar from the East Stand. Every corner we get, lets sing Come On You Yellows as loud as we can. Lets do this. BRING THE NOISE!!!! To book tockets online - www.eticketing.co.uk/oxfordunited/details/event.aspx?itemref=1068

Enjoy your Big day out, not too much though. You never know our lot might, might, put up a fight. But that's just wishful thinking.

Today is Ultimate Support Saturday. We are ready! BRING THE NOISE Your enthusiasm has rubbed off on me a little JL. Good effort. I will be there today, getting 100% behind the team during the game. I think coincidentally we are reaching IL's "tipping point(s)", so it is actually slightly perverse that our added support today may actually help CW to stay in the job a little longer (assuming it has the desired effect). Anyhow, I agree that we banish all negatives before and during the game, and we get right behind the lads to see if we really can play a part in revitalising them today. COYY

Thought it helped create a good atmosphere and yet again helped us get the win! Weird our players only perform in the big games, hopefully more people will join in with songs regularly now. Annoying to read on the Northampton forum that our support was bad and the atmosphere was rubbish, considering I didn't hear them until they scored!

Today is Ultimate Support Saturday. We are ready! BRING THE NOISE I know me and you have our differences but I applaud the effort you made on Saturday. There was a healthy and voiciferous following from Northampton but there was also a noticeably more upbeat backing from our fans and in games gone by we might have retreated and settled for 1-1 against a form side. As I said a week or two ago it's a real shame that USS didn't coincide with better form and more of a feel good factor about the manager but, considering all of that, your drive for more support I think had an impact and it was a great effort. Well done.
