I know we don't own the stadium, but i don't think it would be expensive to build a safe terrace area at the fence end.
Just a small terrace that holds about 1800 or something like that...

Could/would the fans fund it?
THEN we could really call it the 12th Man Stand

What would be the point of sticking a small terrace at that end when, if things go to plan, we'd be needing to knock it down in the next 3-5 years anyway.

Wasn't this (and every option) covered on Cuddy's 'Stand up for standing' thread a few months back?

I think that is a smashing idea. Something like this - it will make your fans feel at home.

I think rows of derelict houses are more Swindon than Oxford, don't judge our City by the standards of your shitty 'town'.

Just a small terrace that holds about 1800 or something like that... I reckon you could probably get 1800 in this one. Slightly higher density than you are used to of course. Might have to budge up a bit more than normal.

Much as we've only three stands owned by a t*at we despise - STFC are the ones in a council house.

I believe thats how Luton's is set up. You have to walk through the gardens to see the match. I think that is a smashing idea. Something like this - it will make your fans feel at home.
