Two of league two's best strikers will be at our place on Saturday so here's a few things to debate about them:
Who's better? Who will score the most on Saturday? Who will score most over the season?

Its a tough one because they are both different types of player. However... Le Fondre probably has the ability to play at a higher level. He is a natural finisher and scores goals. Whereas Beano sometimes needs three or four chances for a goal, you can reasonably expect ALF to finish his first. Beano will score more on saturday. But that might be me being hopeful. The one thing i will say is that I feel we have more players who could get themselves on the scoresheet. Think a lot of whether ALF will score more this season will be how he deals with not leaving the club at january, but I think they will score a similar amount of goals.
Basically I think ALF is a more gifted footballer and probably a better player. But Beano's workrate and effort make him not far behind and a more than able player at this level.

Could Craddock out score them on Saturday perhaps? He's in good form.

Le Fondre has 18 league goals for the season, Constable has 11.
Both two different types of striker, Le Fondre is a far superior finisher to Beano, but Beano is a lot stronger, and as has been mentioned already doesn't always take his chances aswell as he should, he scored two scuffed attempts this season when he should have done better the first time around against Hereford and macclesfield away.

It's like saying who's better, Tevez or Darren Bent?

Rotherham forum members say he's not on his best form at the moment. They think he wants to go now and that it's useless trying to keep him.

Without being biased, I'd rather Beano in my team if i was a manager.
His workrate inspires the rest of the team in my opinion

If both were on top form to compere them then Le fONDRE still dont know why hes not been snapped up by a champonship team most consistent scorer in this division for the last 2-3 yrs

i think this is tough because they are two completely different players, i think craddock and alf would be a better comparrison.
but i think alf is the better player than beano

Le Fondre is probably better, I think it'd be very difficult to dispute that, but I wouldn't swap Beano for him.

Le Fondre is much off form and if Beano gets back to half the form he was in earlier in the season he could get a couple tomorrow. For me Craddock is the player coming through as the best striker Oxford have had for a while

Two completely different types of forward.
ALF is basically a six yard box striker;a poacher who scores tap ins for fun. Not known to run the channels, go past people nor is he particularly strong in the air. Has a good touch as you would expect given his goals record.
Beano is a bustling striker, full of energy and commitment, gives every centre half a game but probably has to work too hard to get his goals. Beano is not great in the air either and his hold up play can be improved. At 26 he's in the prime of his life and should get better too.
In summary both are great lower league strikers but are completely different. I am more concerned with Ian Moore (Ronnie's boy). He knows where the net is and can be equally lethal.
Worley and Wright have to be on the top of their games this afternoon.

He missed a sitter as well so probably not the correct stick to beat Beano with.

Le fondre is off form Roth fans say that but he is consistent over the last 3-4 yrs any striker in any division doing that is a good striker.

Le Fondre is the more talented player and will score more.
Love seeing Beano in an Oxford shirt though. He was THE man last season for us.

Beano does not score simple goals. Can see what you're saying, but I disagree. Wembley, playoffs v Rushden, last one v Morecambe, one of the ones against Barnet and Shrewsbury (although both those goals were excellent), I'm sure I could go on. He does seem better at scoring either from messed up shots or belters past 3 defenders, though.
