According to Rad Ox, Wilder was laughing at a couple of the refs decisions they were so bad and Mickey was absolutely livid with the ref at the final whistle. No interviews were given on the radio directly after the game as CW and co were still in the dressing room talking to the players.

He might get an FA charge for some of those comments, i'd rather he kept his views on Grant to himself and retain his dignity

Wilder strikes me as an 'old school' manager and I don't think he'd have accussed a opposition player of something like this unless it was pretty obvious. I also think it's unlikely the FA will get involved. They would do if he'd come out and accussed an official of cheating.

CW can be rightfully upset with referee Keith Hill who was abysmal but he should not gloss over a couple of crucial things from last night which should not get hidden.
We were underserving of a point !
After twenty minutes of the first half and twenty minutes after half time Oxford barely put two passes together, lost out to virtually all the aerial stuff and were outfought and closed down in midfield. The frustration started to simmer and eventually boil before Batt's ridiculous lunge on the touchline at Grant.
We created very little except for a couple of skirmishes at the end and a couple of mazy runs down the left by Hackney.

The referee was terrible. The worst I have seen in a long time. There were so many decisions that seemed to go against us and 16 fouls against us in what didn't seem to be a dirty game. A Southend fan said on their forum that it was NEVER a red card offence. You can blame Grant (who gave a thumbs up to the Oxford fans when he returned to the pitch) but the ref shouldn't be falling for that. He gave decisions based on crowd noise and player reaction, so it's no surprise that we finished with 10 men.
On the other hand though, we were poor at times. Our passing wasn't as crisp as in recent weeks. Still, certainly not a terrible performance or anything to get too worried about.

During his Yellow Player interview after the Cheltenham game he said that the standard of refs has been much better this season. He said the refs are much more confident in L2. He tempted fate there!
