Bradford, Swindon, Fulham, Wigan, Blackpool and 'MK Dons'?
Luton have never played in the Premier League but did play top flight football in the old Division 1.

There are 6 (that I can find!) - but I did not count the MK Dons as having played in the Premier League.
Kudos on getting the other 5. So you are missing one....
Luton (and Notts County) were both part of the group of 22 teams that resigned from the football league to start the Premier League. However, they were relegated (along with West Ham) and neither Luton or Notts County ever made it back.....

After Luton resigned from the football league they should never of had them back! Still got rid of them in the end thankfully.

Correct - Hull.
If you look at the final league tables in the last part of the 90's - they had a shocker!
Its why we need to keep the faith that our time will come again. Hopefully we are in that segment now!
The bottom of league 2 in 1997/98 was.
24th. Doncaster (Relegated) - now Championship 23rd. Brighton - Top of league one 22nd. Hull - Championship and been in Premier League 21st. Cardiff - Championship promotion places 20th. Swansea - Championship (play off places?)
