Very measured. Generous even.
Let rip, man.

Yes; surprisingly subdued, Paul, considering the inept performance. And the arrogance of some of our players (“It’s fine; it will come good”) is frightening.

I struggled to read your report Paul. After your words on the shop I just knew what was coming! Keep 'em coming, maybe someone at the club will pay a bit more attention than was to your email.
My better half was most concerned that I might blow a fuse as we left the ground, fuming does not do justice to how I felt!

Truly depressing isn't it Paul.
Really uncanny how Nelson's injury has come at a time when he is being talked about as a January "sale" item & the week before he was due to face his old club! The players know things are not right behind the scenes.

A good read. I think one point of note not mentioned, was that Ledson did Poorly controlling the ball, stumbling then just giving it away. But how did it end up with him in the first place ? Easy, from dicking around with a short corner again. The idea of them is ball retention, and keeping the ball in that area, rather than pumped straight out. Trouble is we are so bad at them that it did the exact opposite. Going from an attacking set piece, to ledsons blunder to conceding in about 20 secs

We've come all this way from Histon, St Albans, Lewes, Farsley Celtic etc for what?

A related problem though is that we have no one good in the air in an attacking sense even if we were to deliver good balls directly into the penalty area from corners and free kicks. For me we should have brought in such a striker, not John Obika and that is no critisism of him. Also our dead ball delivery is much worse since Chris Maguire departed.

Just need to add that I had a reply this morning from the Commercial & Retail Ops Manager:
Greatest apologies for the late reply, with a Tuesday and Saturday matches, last week was a bit of a rush! I absolutely agree with you, we need to maximise revenue on every level and we are currently looking at expanding the relationship with the tourism business in the city. With regards to the out of date posters; I have addressed this with the shop manager, provided up to date promotion material and we will ensure these are updated on a weekly basis, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Having just taken over the Commercial Department I am keen to take the Club to a more professional place and the small things really count. Thank you for your continued support!

I thought the two that Henry whipped in properly were very decent corners, just like u say lacking people attacking them. Another bug bear is we don’t send someone long, coming in late at the far edge of the area to pick up over hit or cleared balls

Just because we have no-one attacking them doesn't mean they're bad balls in. I'm caught up in this negative spiral.

Somewhat ironically the two best players Ive seen for attacking corners in recent seasons (apart from dunkley). Are Edwards and long. Both not tall, but perfect timing on arrival and get direction on their headers
