Don't wish to be a pedant but he's off to be the U23 coach at Kidderminster. Good luck to the guy - liked his commitment and he seemed well regarded by the club. There's always that sideline as a Henry VIII impersonator if it all goes to pot.

Is being head coach of the u23's of a mid table Conference north side really a step up from being a youth coach here?
The original rumour a few weeks ago was to be their manager, which would have been a good move for him, even assistant manager or first team coach would be a better job even if the wages probably wouldn't be
But managing the kids of a team in the 7th tier really doesn't seem a promising career move, not when he seemed well respected and liked here
Good luck to him though

However perhaps he's thinking of a career managing youth teams/acadaemys like Appleton did initially. It's a safer gig in terms of job security and still well paid. Best of luck to him.
