Did anybody after the game suggest what the view was on the injuries?
Tiendelli was playing really well. It didn't look good
Hall- was hammered throughout the game. Took a knock
Gino- seemed to stretch when he tried to score and was limping after that

In the post match interview, Pep mentioned that Rothwell and Hall had picked up knocks. There was no reference to Gino being injured though. Regarding Tiendalli, he said that they would need to take a closer look before confirming how serious the injury was.

Don't think it was cruciate rupture though hopefully.
If it was sadly 12 months.. That's if he wants to come back at 32 ..
Might be better off taking the insurance settlement if it is and calling it a day.

I hope that it is not bad re Tiendalli. He was looking a pretty decent player.

I hope that it is not bad re Tiendalli. He was looking a pretty decent player. He was.. his passing was crisp and accurate and he looks a good defender too.
As I mentioned in a previous post though at 31 Low mileage, like Ribs and possibly the same problems keeping sound for a whole season also.
I can see a pattern of enforced rotation developing here, perhaps even with Carroll playing a part too

BBC suggesting it will be a month out for Tiendalli rather than the originally feared longer period.
No idea where they have got that from though.

Our injury prone players are getting injured and were only a few games in to the season.. Thomas, Ribs, Obika, Tiendali. I hope it doesnt de-rail our season too much.

So far it looks as if we have a big enough squad and good enough players to have made very little difference I reckon. To have Tiendali and Ribeiro out and have Carroll come in and do the job he did on Saturday shows what kind of squad that we have. With regard to Thomas- his injury was for a few days and Obika's fortunately seems to be the same. Do we now what Ribeiro's injury is?

Was I right or was I right
Apparently Ribeiro trains and plays every game in some degree of pain from a cruciate restructure and made the decision himself to withdraw form the starting 11 Saturday. Good for him I say..
Tiendali's injury is a grade 2 Hamstring and that could be several weeks, even months, sadly.
It is indeed a good job we have several utility players at the back.
