So probably one of Celtic's most important game of the season (financially) and they draw at home to ...Rosenbourg.
I still assume that they will win the tie but how weak is Scottish football when the undefeated winners of the Scottish season can't beat Rosenbourg at home?

It makes Rangers result in Luxembourg look a little better... But pretty embarrassing for their standard

Well, Rosenborg are the clear leaders of the Norwegian league. They've been in the group stages of the Champions League 11 times, and even reached the Quarters back in 1996. Norway - as a country - has almost exactly the same population as Scotland, and almost exactly the same UEFA coefficient as well as a substantially higher GDP per capita. There's no reason why Celtic should necessarily be better than Rosenborg. Seems reasonable that they should be pretty well matched.

Exactly! Us losing 2-0 to Leeds, for example, might lead people to think that they're better than us, which would be a huge mistake.
