Surely this is just for our benefit, no aspiring coach will be reviewing our website for jobs? Hopefully we have a recruitment partner finding suitable candidates and the position is circulated amongst the correct coaching community

It's much more of a strategic management role, i.e. what Richard Blackmore was doing before he left in February.

On the point of advertising on the website I am sure it will be advertised on other sites (UK Sport is a well known site to find jobs in professional sport) and candidates will be searching club websites as well as other sites. This last point wasn't aimed at you though Myles.
