Cannot believe its less than 6 hours to K.O. and no matchday thread so here goes.
An opportunity for treble today having beaten the Bantams twice. An opportunity to end the last unbeaten home record More importantly, an opportunity for 3 points to finish as high a possible.

Depends entirely on what side Appleton puts out. I would guess it will be an experimental one. People like Raglan and Ribeiro being selected as well as a youngster or two.

Hopefully Appleton will put out a side capable of winning, for the sake of the hundreds of Oxford fans making the long trip on a bank holiday. There should be no need to play youngsters, as there are enough first team players available. Do we have any that would have a real impact in division 1? There is a big jump from the conference south to Division 1.

THis is an ideal match to blood some youngsters to give them experience/increase their value/see who can step up to first team and who can't. It is 4 matches that don't mean an awful lot now, fans going to the matches know this so should expect changes.

Afternoon all. Can see this being settled by a single goal either way. Optimist says 0-1...realist says 1-0. COYY

Play offs pretty much out of reach we'd need to go unbeaten from now until Shrewsbury. 1-0 Oxford Rothwell with the goal. Hopefully we can start building momentum towards next season.

Bradford haven't lost at home in the league all season... until today. We ended their unbeaten run at our place, let's end another run of theirs. 2-1.
And fully agree, great to see Ribeiro back. Welcome back, Ribs!

Big game for Ribs you'd have thought. Given he's been on the bench for a little while now but never started, it seems like MApp is using these last few games to see if he has a place in the team next year or not. Will be really interested to hear how he gets on.
Forgot to wear my lucky shirt today, apologies all, so going for a 2-0 loss.

It sounds like Ledson doesn't want to go anywhere in the summer which is great. Obviously not guaranteed to stay pretty sure if a solid Championship team comes in he'll be gone.

Welcome to the team Ribeiro. Could be our lucky charm to break their unbeaten run at home, and I reckon we just can.

Despite the annual melt down when people fail to see that some players will leave, or trust that we can get better. I think we will win today. By the one goal, maguire and or hemmings.
