Never done one before...this could be good or bad!
2-0 win to us. Can`t see Maguire not scoring....... plus one from a defender.
9,700 crowd including 1964 Yellows.
Home fans to unleash some sort of protest against the owners.

Coventry might only muster 6,000-7,000 of their own fans for tonight's game.
9,000 in that 32,500 bowl will be strange.

I can't wait for this one! Team and Score prediction. Eastwood Edwards Raglan Dunks Ruffles Rothwell Lunny Macca Maggie Marvin Taylor 3-0 to us with goals from Taylor Rothwell and, obviously, Maguire! 1,800 Yellows making tons of noise all game long and an angry 8,000 home fans chanting "sack the board" after 5 mins with about 200 of them left at full time to boo the final whistle! ð

Expect long long queues -at the away end, despite many Cov fans giving this one a miss the U's fans will make their own atmosphere. Unfortunately I can't get to this one, so if Coventry continue their slide into obscurity I might never get to see their stadium.
As long as our lads treat this match -and the home team Professionally and with respect, we should come away with three points and a couple of goals. They will be under enormous pressure -not helped by a negative home atmosphere, so we should try to make things as uncomfortable as possible for the home team, from the off.
Coventry 1 Oxford Utd 3. Despite a deluge of plastic pigs on the pitch just before kick off!!

2-0 Oxford Johnson and Lundstram if Johnson can't make an impact against a low confidence Coventry team I struggle to see where he will. Can see a Lundstram worldie from 25 yards happening tonight.

I'm going for 2-0 but I'm just wary that even though they are bottom that we'll do the usual Oxford way and lose.

Does anyone know of a good place to park that doesn't require spending a tenner?

Does anyone know of a good place to park that doesn't require spending a tenner? The Kassam Stadium Car Parks (bloody good value they are!) There's another official off-site about 15 min walk north of the Ricoh, costs ÂĢ3. There's a 2km parking exclusion zone around the Ricoh (permits only).

Mr Fisher sounds like a very worried man. I'm not going to pretend like I know what is going on at Coventry, but that is no way to speak to your fans trust, surely? COYY, going for a 4-0 (Maggie x2, Johnson x2).

Plus they've got some egg chasers playing at their ground which doesn't help

What London Welsh tried to do to us looks like a little disagreement compared to what wasps have done to them

A team in crisis, rooted the bottom of the league, fans furious at the board and morale at an all time low.
Has Coventry 2-0 Oxford written all over it!

2-1 Oxford. Hemmings and Rothwell.
Would be nice to see us join in or start a few chants against their owners. Coventry have a lot of similarities with our club and we should feel lucky that while we have a awful landlord our owners have revitalised our club and we are lucky to have them.

Just drove up from North Essex, traffic pretty bad on M6 and roads around stadium. Tried to buy a ticket at the main office but they're only accepting cash at the gates.

Sod's Law says that having halted Bradford's winning run we will now stop Coventry's losing run!!!!!!!!!
But Sod can often be wrong!

Blowing a gale here in Coventry and looks like it's about to chuck it down. I have no idea what their stadium is like, but presumably it's pretty sheltered from the elements?

Having a beer in the casino. Very warm and sheltered from the elements! Lots of Oxford in here as well. Club shop seems very geared to Wasps which must irritate the Cov die hards.
