Thought I'd start this as have lost the last two and need to put the record straight, I'm going for a 2-0 win to Oxford, Dunkley and Hemmings to score.

Frankly, I'd prefer 'Grenoble Road Redoubt' but I'll take a win. Any old win, and playing well. Bit of confidence built.

Hoping we can get it together especially the defence. Should be a win, but reminds me of Barnet and Crawley last year when we struggled against a physical side. But enough of the gloom, two nil and a smile to go home with.

Rochdale have not had the best of starts this season and over the years the Kassan Staduim has been a fairly solid ground for visiting teams ending long losing streaks, however, although we are struggling to keep a clean sheet at present we do have a knack of knowing how not to lose at home and although this will be another tight game I do expect us to win, probably by the odd goal. . OXFORD UTD - 2 (Magure, R Taylor) Rochdale - 1 Att - 7289 (390 visitors) . We will be in the top half of the table come 5.00pm

I'm in Japan this week. Fascinating place but annoyed to have to wait until Sunday morning here to get the result. Hoping for 3-0 to get mid table and an even goal difference.

Professional performance, and United begin to really look the part in this division.
3-1 win, maybe after first conceding.
Rothwell, Hemmings, and Johnson, but of course.

Johnson in for McDonald, Raglan (left sided expectations centre back) for Skarz/Martin. Skarz for Ruffels if fit. A clean sheet would be welcome and any amount of goals at the other end.

Not a clue who'll be playing today. If the defence can keep it together I'd be reasonably optimistic about getting three points. Looking forward to seeing what Mapp comes up with.

Will be listening in from Jomtien, Thailand. Think a win with Rochdale 0, first clean sheet for us in the league this season. COYY

Since this will probably be the eighth different defence in the last eight games the odds are against us.
Still, one can always hope.

Going for a good home win today. As long as we get right on the front foot from the off, i see us winning comfortably.

2-0 Kemar Roofe will bring us good luck and our first clean sheet! Supposed to be a wet match today according to weather. Would like to see Hemmings score with a purpose today it will help his confidence if he gets a goal and we win. also would like solidity from the midfield, keeping the ball and widening play. Pre-Swindon we want momentum. COYY

Right. I'm back. This game is a bit of a mystery to me. As naked Eve said when she first saw naked Adam in the garden of Eden: 'Blimey! That's a hard one!' But, here goes; Oxford United 6 (Skarz 2, Hemmings 2, Dunkley 2) Rochdale 0 Att: 6877 and 323 away fans. The game will start, after 0 minutes and 1 second. The referee (Mr. Reginald Testicle) will have a nightmare - not a bad game - just a bad dream. One of the linesmen will actually be a young woman (Miss Fanny Fart). The game itself will be a straightforward thrashing for us - but its the on and off-field shenanegans that strike me as unusual. Before the game, Dunkley will get the Zika virus and his head will shrink, so he'll be ineffective, heading the ball. Johnson and Hemmings will get into a childish fight, arguing who was the better player in Scotland. They will make up, agreeing that it was shit playing in Scotland, anyway. Skarz will show off his new tattoo, which should read: 'I'm like the dog's bollocks' - but unfortunately the tattooist missed off the apostrophy 'm', so it reads: 'I like the dog's bollocks'. But this will, in fact, improve Joe's game, because it will make him harder. Sercombe will miss a penalty, after shoving Maguire out of the way. A misguided seagull will land on the crossbar at half time and Rosie will hold a competition to see who can hit it with the ball. Thomas will be presented with a banjo and barn door, before the game, to try to improve his aim. The directors' box will explode after 54 minutes. Two Rochdale fans will play ukuleles during the game, singing in George Formby accents. A dog will run onto the pitch after 89 minutes, but, realising its too late to have an effect, will skulk off dejectedly. In the left corner of the open end, there will be a man in a booth, selling dirty magazines. He will be arrested. Appleton will be photographed, reading an 'unusual' magazine. Johnson will fracture his clavicle after falling over laughing at Dunkley's head and Skarz's bad tattoo. Eastwood will keep saying: "Make my day" during the game and go on to receive hynotherapy, to try and help him. A smoke bomb will go off in the East stand after 43 minutes. That just about does it for me.

Not sure about the starting 11. Very little width. Possibly 433?

No point playing with "width" when you haven't got wingers playing... Macdonald is on borrowed time in my opinion. Hope he plays Maguire in behind Thomas and Hemmings with 3 in midfield. Much stronger having 3 in the middle. Bring the new geezer on with 30 to play if all goes well, then you can play with width or have him up top. Come on the boys!
