In the current time we live in where football managers have a very short life span in terms of bringing success to their respective clubs before their chairman gets twitchy.
Which manager's are under most threat in league 2 going into the 2011 / 12 season.
.
Here is my take on the managers looking for success this coming season...............................
.
Bradford - Peter Jackson - No success for ages, needs to be in the play-offs to remain in the hot seat
Crawley - Steve Evans - Needs a good start or the chop is imminent
Swindon - Paulo Di Canio - The unknown, Big risk, 1st manager to be looking for another job.
Daggers - John Still - Long serving manager, taken them as far as he can - gone by xmas
Micky Adams - Port Vale - You should never go BACK, however this could be a rule breaker.
Rotherham - Andy Scott - Our very own "Mr nice guy" will see the season out still in a job.
Bristol Rov - Still waiting to appoint a permanent manager, i bet they won't be kicking themselves too much on missing out on "Paulo"
Morecombe - Jim Bentley - A tough act to follow, the end for Morecombe is nigh.
Oxford Utd - Chris Wilder - The 19th longest serving manager in all 4 divisions will be looking for a 3rd straight season of progression, expect the "U"s to be there or thereabouts come next may.
Shrewsbury - Graham Turner - The 64 year old is back in the hot seat for his "god knows how many times", be prepared for him to move upstairs if the team from Salop are not in the mix.
Hereford - Jamie Pitman - A young manager, yet to prove himself in a full season, he needs the team to be clear of relegation or the pressure could take its toll.
Barnet - Lawrie Sanchez - Proven at this level, however ho far does he really think he can take Barnet, a man in waiting for a bigger job, will not last the season.
Gillingham - Andy Hessenthaler - In charge for 1 year and but for a disappointing start last season would have gained promotion, will almost certainly get it this year.
Crewe - Dario Gradi - Back upstairs, Crewe need a fresh approach with the 1st team to proress, a new man required.
Southend - Paul Sturrock - Always in work, however never sets the world alight, expect a play-off finish and Mr Sturrock to complete another season.
Aldershot - Dean Holdsworth - Probably looking forward to his 1st full season with Aldershot, however how far can he expect to take them, i have dean down for leaving as soon as a bigger club is looking for a manager.
Macclesfield - Gary Simpson - A tough job, low budget, the club are not in a position to sack anyone.
Northampton - Gary Johnson - Probably the best manager in this division, he will definitely improve the club and the team, top 7 finish for the cobblers.
Cheltenham - Mark Yeats - A top half finish will be success, however a relegation battle could see a change at the helm.
Burton - Paul Peschisolido - Last years disappointments, another poor season and Karen Brady will have a house husband in toe.
Plymouth - Peter Read - Can not hide behind a points deduction this season, off field events will determine a full season in the hot seat.
Accrington - John Coleman - Part of the furniture, a very good 2010/2011 season will be hard to follow, however he will be going nowhere if it goes wrong.
Stevenage - Graham Westley - (i expect Torquay to go up) - Probably the 2nd most hated manager in the league (behind Steve Evans), the coming season will have to be good to match or better 2010/2011
Wimbledon - Terry Brown - Deserves a crack of taking Wimbledon through the divisions (dejavu)
