I would think as well as he has done, he still needs to be challenging automatics/take us up before someone comes in whilst we still want him. For example if by christmas we are in an auto spot or on the brink then some clubs who get rid of their manager mid season will look at him. However it would probably need to be championship as if a league 1 team got rid of a manager mid season they will probably not be doing well, so why leave a potential promotion team into league 1 and join perhaps a sinking ship in league 1. Benyon did a similar thing albeit as a player by going to scum, Torquay might go up, if not they will probably do better than swindon next term.

Who the bloody hell is John Hughes? He seems to be near the top of the list for every job going. I can't say I've ever heard of him.

Hmmm................... hardly an impressive record, wonder why his odds are so low for all these jobs? He's also a contender for the scum job.

Stop talking cr@p there's always going to be predictions and vicious rumours. It's football. Wilder will need a hell of a lot of compensation if he were to leave Ka**am. He's on a 3 year deal

Glad Wilder isn't going anyway, I'd feel like we'd been relegated if he left.

Glad Wilder isn't going anyway, I'd feel like we'd been relegated if he left. I wouldn't be too upset. He is fairly good manager with potential sure, but so far he isn't the end all and be all. We shall see next season if he is man t take us forward or if he has reached his limits. The most important thing to consider is that with KT in charge we seemed to have the learnt the lesson that a full and through interview process is required to appoint the correct man. I have faith that should Wilder leave or need replacing KT is the man to find us a better replacement. Now if KT left then I would be very worried.

He's on a 3 year deal Get out clause !! But compensation for the club (rather than Wilder). Did I hear an interview which said Wilder would probably take 3 of the 4 coaching staff? Evenso, managers always like to bring in their own backroom staff where possible.
