Two weeks according to Sarah gooding As in they've been in customs for two weeks, or it'll be two weeks before they get out of customs? Either way what is a customs official going to find so offensive about a bunch of lower-league football club replica track tops? Bet he's a sw*ndon fan...

Any idea on how they size up?

Was going Order one, loved them the first time I saw them. The writing on the back has ruined it. That looks dreadful. Also not going to pay £45+ for one with the P+P It's good that they have more designs of tops etc. But all very expensive imo.

Grrrrrrrr the writing! Ruined it for me too. "Footballise's" the top rather then make it a casual top.

I agree the writing is a bit of a disappointment, mainly 'cos it just looks a bit naff rather than because I dislike having writing on the thing at all (I have an 'anthem jacket' from a few years ago with 'ENGLAND' across the shoulders.)
The price for what it is, is a bit steep too but I think that's the going rate these days (iirc my England jacket cost about 60 quid, five years or so ago.) Offsetting the price is of course that fact that the club is presumably getting far more of the money now that it is handling the whole retail side itself.

Does anybody know whether the training trousers are due to be on sale or are currently on sale??

Some of the leisurewear is ridiculously overpriced. £35 for a sweatshirt, £40 for a hoodie and £20 for a t-shirt isn't justifiable. Credit where it's due, some of the designs are half-interesting, but I seriously doubt the quality is worth the money.

Find it a real shame that the anthem jacket and rain jacket don't have hoods. I guess i could understand with the anthem jacket cause its a style thing i guess . But to sell a rain jacket for £40+ without a hood is an absolute joke in my opinion, defeats the point. Why would i not want to keep my head dry too ? Annoying because i really wanted to buy one. Not totally put off a purchase just feel a bit disappointed

Didn't they always have the writing on the back? I'm sure the ones the players were wearing did

I don't see anything wrong with the wording myself, it, and the font, adds to the retro look.
If you want something non OUFC branded, just go to sportsdirect or similar.

Have the anthem jackets sold out? Was in the shop today. All adult sizes are sold out but they are confident of getting new stock "in early December". I still think you can preorder/reserve if you ring up the shop and ask. COYY

I bought a training jacket, which is great design but I wanted a hoodie as well but left it as I thought they all looked crap with the massive oufc logo on them. A small logo top right of chest would make it a casual top, a full size logo across the whole front of the top looks chavvie IMO

Apart from the anthem Jacket the rest of the current merchandise is rubbish, just a load of cheap looking screen printed tops with no originality and over priced as well!
Hope this improves

Hope this improves I think it's pretty good generally and much improved - I'll probably get the Fred Perry-style polo shirt for Christmas. For those unhappy with what's available, what sort of thing are you after? I personally wouldn't buy much branded clothing generally but given the occasional moaning on here I wondered what sartorial choices people felt the club was missing out on.

Decent leisure wear, not just something with a screen printed Ox head on it.
Some quality t shirts with clever designs, retro gear maybe making more of our Headington United history
I am hopeful things may improve, its something the club can make money from so I hope they listen to us fans..

All sounds good. Not meaning to sound like In telling you what to do but why don't you send an email to Sarah or someone at the club? I'm sure they'd appreciate such constructive feedback.
