I bought mine from the online shop, the worst online selection in the world of football, anyhow.. Due to work i don't know when i'll get the chance to visit the club shop so i bought the milk cup polo, £15 + £4 postage.. Arrived yesterday which was good timing so it was worn down the pub in London Really disapointed with the quality, very thin and the embroidery was poor Why can't we make decent merchandise !!!

I was actually guite impressed with my polo shirt. What do you expect for £15.
I agree that the club's merchandising effort is poor. If a number of decent quality polo shirts, jackets etc, as opposed to training gear and tacky hoodies/t-shirts you wouldn't weant to be seen dead in, were produced i'm sure there'd be a market for them.

I really liked the old style scarf they did a year or two ago, I bought one when I bought the playoff win one, it was just solid navy and yellow, if they did more clothes just in oxford colours I would by them. As much as a love oxford its not always approriate to have a logo on your clothes.

As i entered the Club shop my intended purchase was on display, and my first impression of the MCF Polo shirt was not at all good. It looked of very dubious quality and not in the least appealing, so i didn't bother. I got the feeling it was a 'rush job' designed to make a killing on supporters sentiment, i suspect that for most it will be a case of buying one once it gets put in the bargain bucket - which won't be long.

Maybe its a northern thing but I don't think the quality is that bad and, as I said above what do you expect for £15? You expect to pay twice that at least for a non OUFC polo shirt.

So we should just expect tat for sale then ? No, visit other club shops and see what you can buy for £15 Its just not good enough and see the "online" shop its pathetic

But show me a club polo shirt you can get from any other club of a better quality than this one for £15

I suspect the shirt was aimed at a limited market. After all how many of the current United crowd were actually there (apart from boring old buggers like me!)
