This Sunday, it's Oxford City Stars v Swindon Wildcats, at the Oxford ice rink, 6.15pm face off.
The Yellow Army will be there in force, and we would like to invite every Oxford United fan to come along on Sunday evening for the big league clash against Swindon.
It's half price entry for Oxford United fans, if you show a season ticket or Boxing Day ticket stub. It's a great value night out, and it will be a really good atmosphere as it's against Swindon.
The pre match drinking venue is Wahoo, and we will be there from 3pm on Sunday.
Bring your OUFC colours, and help the Stars beat Swindon. Over 200 Oxford United fans came to the last game we were involved in, and more are expected this Sunday.

How many tickets are available?

The Ice Rink holds 1,300 people. Seating capacity is around the 800 mark in 4 bleacher type stands. There is also standing room along the top of each stand with an additional standing area by the cafeteria end of the rink.
The attendance record for this season is 490 and we're expecting to beat that on Sunday.
Tickets will be on sale at the ticket desk at the Ice Rink from 5:30 on Sunday. We usually have a queue in place by 5:15pm and get folks in as quick as possible for the warm ups and the pre-match team introductions and so you can get a beer/tea and a seat.

Any prematch/half time entertainment?

Pre-match we have the teams entrance which is worth a look hockey is split into 3 20 minute periods, so we have two breaks, these are roughly 10mins long so the Zamboni (ice machine) has time to resurface the ice. We have some bits and bobs like chuck a duck and prizes in those breaks but nothing specific for today.

Thanks to everyone that came along, official attendance was 521 but we had over 600 in the building in the end, which is Brilliant. Superb game of Hockey, Oxford played to defensive in the 1st period but swapped tactics round to come out on top. Good hits, missed penalty shot and a winning goal on the empty net after Swindon pulled the netminder in the final 30 second, goal scored by the new signing from Peterbrough who missed the penalty shot.
I also got to shout out to the Rugby League Oxford people, real gents and keen to understand the local sporting make up, unlike some other Rugger folks.
Massive thanks to Beano, of which I'll mention in the player thread.
