Not a criticism of any of the volunteers that are working hard but yes of the club. In my view the match day experience has gone backwards and the club need to step up to the mark and show the same commitment as A few hard working fans. New commercial Team just not good enough
And can the club please invest in aPA system that works in the 12th man bar..pathetic yesterday

I have to disagree, as I'm closer to it, and see the work going on, and the club are doing some good things. I can understand the frustration, as I feel it to as we want to do so much more. But time and money mean it's a slower process than we would like like. But the desire is there, and I hope we can achieve more.
As for the club, a lot of the work has gone unseen. The family area is being improved and the Headington Bar looks great. The 12th Man Bar is a positive, there is a new center circle banner, and Nathen Cooper is now pitch side doing all the announcements. There is also a new match day DJ. There are many more things the club and fans can do, but we are working together more, and it will get better.
The PA in the bar was poor, but I spoke to Gerald Kelly after the game, and it will be better for the next game.
I will pass the feedback on.

Would be good if Half time scores could be read out if possible? Even if we have no scoreboard from now on?

I applaud all that being done and by what you have put there seems a lot, but it's called a match day experience and if fans are not feeling the change things are not working and should be looked at again.

Things take time. Over the season, things will improve. It doesn't just happen overnight. We are in this for the long term, and it will take a while to make the big difference.
But we are working on it
