That performance tonight by Beano was one of the most committed I have ever seen by a player in a yellow shirt. His sheer willpower got us over the line. Fantastic. Whatever happens in the future he's done enough to be dubbed an Oxford legend. As for MacLean, he is the archetypal scheming Scottish inside forward. It's worth the entrance money just to see him play at the moment. He must remind Bob SSS of Alex James. What a refreshing team we have at the moment. Proper football played to feet with no big heads and a diamond attitude. Who cares if we keep letting in goals! As long as we score more. Just to p*** on the chips though a bit , Shrewsbury played totally the wrong tactics. They were too open and should have played one up front. We have some of the most technically adept players in the league and we took them to the cleaners. . On this form Mystic Right Boot anticipates a day in May in Manchester...
