I'm hearing we have accepted a bid from Swindon.
It's up to the player.

I very much doubt we'd be letting beano go now having just let smalley go to bradford for the rest of the year...

BBC Wiltshire are reporting it too.
I first heard it about 11am today but didn't post because I wasn't convinced by my source but it seems like it has some mileage.

I am afraid that is very much true. And Smalley off to Bradford too Good news for Craddock but surely there must be at least one striker lined up if not two

Have to wonder exactly what the logic is behind shifting two forwards on, including a top scorer to the club's main rival, when we have had not even a hint of our pursuit of a player of the calibre which IMO would be needed to be brought in to prevent serious damage being done to the team. If this goes through the rumour mill is going to go int overdrive: Club skint? A falling out between beano and wilder? The malign hand of the mercurial owner?

Well things just got interesting hey. Everyone hoping for a bit of excitement well things sure have, if it is accepted plus the wage we have managed to cut with smalley too perhaps a super player is being lined up.
Well should make the last couple of hours at work go a bit quicker anyway.

The only thing thats true at the moment is that sky sports are saying we have accepted a bid. it dont mean we actually have or that beano will go

Well, if Beano is offered the cash he will go. I wonder if Wilder will be spending some of the transfer money?

I wonder why on earth if this is true why we didn't sell to a higher league club as was talked about earlier. I am gutted he has gone and I am sure that he will come back to haunt us. It also shows Swindon are now genuine promotion challengers for the top three if not the championship. Just hope Wilder has one or two players lined up for Saturday to maintain play off challenge

Massive own goal by the club if true. The players (2 strikers and at least one midfielder) they bring in will have to be bloody excellent to have a chance of them saving face.
