Following on from the smoking ban and the way it is totally ignored in the bogs - Why not have a noise abatement order for the Stadium, that should have em screaming their lungs out! ;D

its getting bad again. these special steward's seem to of gone. it was probably better when they could smoke anywhere in the concourse, now you can choke when your waiting for a p*ss in a confined area.

Doubt it,according to some the passive smoking when you nip for a wee at half time will already have given you lung cancer! A non-smoker myself,I dont really object to the smoke in the toilets, dont spend that long in there for it to be a problem,do you?

Its only the knobwatchers that complain How many "knobwatchers" do you think there are? Do you know any? Whats the average percentage across the country? How do you identify them? I sometimes look at my own knob just to make sure I am finished and drip free, does that mean I too am one? I'm starting to think the smokers are the least of our problems.

Im always concerned about my shake off technique at the end. It just feels such a fine line before making sure you don't get a warm dribble down your leg, and not looking too enthusiastic in clearing out the system.

Perhaps the time has come for the Government to step in with some guidelines - what constitutes a shake, what is acceptable as a glance, etc etc. We could have a Cabinet position created, and a band of inspectors employed to ensure people stay within the rules.

You can't seriously expect one authority to deal with what's a proper shake and keep an eye on glancing.
We need 2 bodies, Ofwatch and Offshake, each headed by it's own czar.
