If they draw Pighill town home it would have to be transfered to Kasham surely.

If they draw Pighill town home it would have to be transfered to Kasham surely. Why when Oxford City play at Court place farm? I don't understand this thing of asking clubs if they want to move their cup games against higher placed teams to bigger stadiums just to fit a few more people in. Surely one of the advantages to the smaller club is getting to play in their own ground on their own pitch.

If switched to Kassam they would have the benefit of a larger crowd on their side. Wouldn't be very far to travel. I'm sure a lot if United fans would go too. The money might help too

And do you think a certain Mr K will let them use his stadium for free?

If they draw Pighill town home it would have to be transfered to Kasham surely. The FA don't allow games to be transferred that easy anymore. If they would be drawn at home, it will be at CPF.

Have Oxford City ever got further in the competition than the yellows before.......?! And surely Scumdon away would be the dream tie for 'us Oxford fans'.....! It would be funny as hell,

It would be funny as hell, Oxford City have been in the FA cup record book for 46 years and their record will never ever get beaten. And 2 of the games were played at the Manor ! www.theguardian.com/sport/2009/nov/21/oxford-city-alvechurch-longest-fa-cup

Personally speaking OCFC mean absolutely nothing to me. Could not care less, but fair play to anyone who supports them.

I said good luck to those who follow OCFC, I just personaly don't care about them and I have not intention of jumping on their bandwagon because they had some success in the cup. Again I say good luck to those who support them on a regular basis!

Again I say good luck to those who support them on a regular basis! For someone who doesn't care about them, you seem to have a lot to say on a topic you're not interested in. Maybe you are interested in how they get on? Jack Stevens is playing for them and a few ex-U's so you don't have to 'support' them to display an interest. As macv says, why bother even posting? Do you go on Mumsnet on a breast feeding thread and say 'NOT INTERESTED' as well (unless you are, of course)? Have Oxford City ever got further in the competition than the yellows before.......?! And surely Scumdon away would be the dream tie for 'us Oxford fans'.....! It would be funny as hell, I don't have time to look through the whole history of FA Cup qualifying rounds, but I'm certain that they have back when Headington United existed. City were the premier club in Oxford for the first part of the 20th century and I'm certain they would have got further than us at some point. I think this is the first time ever that they've got further than us in the main draw proper. Funnily enough, we've played them in four FA Cup qualifying rounds in the 1950s. United have a W3 D1 L0 record in competitive games against them.

I view City a bit like a younger sibling, I'm happy for them if they do well so long as they don't get too cocky.

Anyone see the 'One Team in Oxford' banner hung up in City's clubhouse on the news?
Cheeky!

Nice gesture from the Oxford City manager thanking OUFC for the support. Jonah is a top bloke. Was speaking to my brother yesterday, first congratulations message he received was from Mr Eales, the 2 clubs are close at the moment.

I vaguely remember a Mr Eales who used to publicly congratulate fans, players and management at OUFC. What a coincidence!
