Good luck to them at Colchester today... especially to Jack Stevens in goal... be good for his development to play league opposition. Bit odd to see them still in the F A cup when we are out.... even if only for a day

It’d be ironic if they won. Won’t happen as City are struggling although a goal would be nice

For those of you in and around Oxford, the game should be on RadOx. I can't get it, though, for "contractual reasons", living in the US. Try: www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_radio_oxfordThey seem to be doing OK (0-0 shortly before half time)

A long way to go this but if they go through it will an example to our squad I hope.
Jack Stevens playing for them too. There’s one Oxford United player who has lasted longer in the FA Cup this year!

Not quite yet, as he's only played 2/3 of the game so far. With a bit of luck, though, he'll get to play at least one more game (hope it's not a replay!).

Not really relevant to this thread, but I did smile when I saw this on the BBC site:
"League One Gillingham have just taken the lead against National League strugglers Leyton Orient."

👏👏👏
Fabulous for City and our current and ex-United players there. Shows us up for our shoddy performance yesterday.
Hope they have a favourable draw. A third round game could be awesome for them.

Fair play to them, and showed how to turn up on a one off game.
Wonder if they get to the third round draw a monster, and how many from OUFC will go.
I won’t, but wish them all the best on there FA Cup journey.

Well done to them. It would be great for them to get a good draw next round. I’ll definitely consider going.

In my dotage I don't travel too well these days and when then the 'U's are away, I go to see City. Their last game v Concord Rangers was full of grit and endeavour - and no little skill....although 'we' could only manage a draw. The friendly atmosphere at CFP deserves better support and when the 'U's are not playing I would urge fans to visit City......and the coffee is very acceptable too!
A really great result at Colchester.....well done City.
