Any thoughts re vehicular access to city centre?

It should happen at somepoint, but 2020 is far too early and far too soon. It's only two and bit years away, and it's a lot to ask for everyone who needs access to the city centre to change their modes of transport in such a short period of time. And knowing council's general ineptitude, I could imagine this rule being forced through willy-nilly, but in the city centre itself, there are nowhere near enough available charging points. As for alternate fuels, I'm looking to install a word burner on my motor.

Was only saying this morning to other half that going shopping by bus means not being able to carry anything bulky back that you could take home in the car.
That said this bloody city persecutes motorists and I for one am p*ssed off and just wanted to say so.
