It seems as if that late equaliser from Bradford has killed this teams confidence.

My knees were tempted to jerk but then I remembered it's September. 20% of the season gone, no fit (proper) strikers, no effective plans on the pitch and being thumped by a team at the bottom who have only won once on the opening day. Why on earth would we be worried? Worried and concerned without doubt. But calling for his head seems preemptive. I'd say I lean on the lenient side when it comes to firing managers - but you won't hear Pep out from me for at least another 2 or 3 games. Believe me I'm p*ssed off right now, 10 games, 15th place, 4 losses and no win in 8. I'd very much like to see a reaction but if we get smashed at Peterborough I'm sure I'll soon change my tune.

The fault lays at eales door. Fabrication after fabrication to fans over the last 18 months. The latest being the quotes about having money to spend on signings, when we brought in journeymen or crocs, or crocked journeymen as some of them are.
If that's the way he seems to want to treat fans, then why didn't he sell to Sartori, rather than stay agonisingly on and bring in a manager who has little management experience, and 2 relegations to his name.
Blackpool was embarrassing, Walsall abysmal. To then get hammered by a side in the relegation zone, sums up how much distain to the shirt this John Radcliffe 11 has shown over the last few games. The icing on the cake has to be how clotet hinted that players were ruling themselves unfit with a hair out of place on their heads on Saturday. Totally unacceptable eales get it sorted.

Eales had the chance to sell in the summer to an individual that has very good connections and - by all accounts - the intention to take us to the Champ. He turned it down, sold some of our biggest assets, and spouted tosh about a bigger budget. I know nothing's been confirmed, but if he sells to these Thai businesspeople in September, how is that in the interests of the club? If anything, I feel sorry for Pep. Do we really think he wouldn't have liked to have signed more players with experience of English football? He did the best with what he was given. He'll probably be gone soon. I appreciate what Eales did for us in his first couple of years, but he's absolutely screwed us now. Got feel sorry for Pep.

Pep says he trusts the players but do they really trust him? There is a lot of analysis but sometimes you want just plain speaking and this is the problem with a 2nd language speaker who cannot find different ways to explain himself.

Just cancelled Fleetwood lose &80 but save me n the balance DE answer some questions where the f*ck is the money you promised, if you ain’t interested sell and f*ck of. Stop talking boloks Bazzer Being honest I ain’t going to Fleetwood just lost the deposit £80 can’t be arsed thank god my last £66 goes to the club this week if this had happened in the first 5/6 games I would of cancelled, DE has stopped sorting the club financially and now he’s recouping his outlay. Are you blind can’t you see what others are seeing?

This is abysmal. How to ruin three years hard work in four months!
I understood bringing in younger British players who have suffered injuries and taking a gamble on them, but doing it with old foreign players, that's not a gamble, that's damn right stupidity!
These players brought in aren't from our scouting system, they are Pep's, they've all worked with him before.
After Saturdays game pep questioned how much Thomas and Obika want to be on the pitch, not the brightest thing to say in public when you can't replace them.
I'm sorry, but Pep has to go, and go now, bring in someone to steady the ship until January, then get rid of Tiendelli, GVK , Xemi and Pekalski and then Eales has to get the chequebook out and support the new man, if not sell up!!

Even at this early stage our promotion chances look finished. I really can't see us turning around these embarrassing results of the last month. Are we really going to win at Peterborough? Not a chance. No strikers on song. No service. And I really can't see our experiment with Pep Clotet paying off. Wish we had gone for Jimmy Floyd Hasseilbank

Be honest we could see this coming - not recruiting a (reliable) striker in the summer has(is?) proving to be our undoing. All the foreign journeymen & aged Brit defenders add up to a recipe for disaster & Eales has a real conundrum on his hands. Just not good enough.

Christ people saying Pep out need to get a grip. Why don't we start looking at the owner? He's well and truly fucked us. In what way? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ?? I see he picks the team and does the training and tactics. mmmmmmm. Or maybe he has just sucked the club dry financially? MOST RIDICULOUS COMMENT OF THE NIGHT! Are people still digging their heads in the sand regarding Eales? For him, this summer was about recouping as much of his outlay as possible before selling to the highest bidder. Unfortunately that bid seems to have come from some Thai businesspeople that even Reading fans hated. Pep was probably given that same speil by Eales that he's given us, too. Bigger budget? Yeah right. Like I said, do we really think the likes of Mehmeti were Pep's first choice? We made around £3.5m in transfer fees this summer and spent, what, £3-400k absolute max? Sure, maybe our wage budget went up a bit (I still can't see it), but all in Eales has done very, very well financially this summer. And he's done an excellent job of pulling the wool over everyones' eyes in the process.

I blame Craig Shakespeare and Leicester players, If Leicester players didn't want Ranieri gone we wouldn't be in this mess and we would still have MApp. Seriously though we have been found out big time.
