3pm UK games won't be showed. 3pm UK games are shown on iFollow overseas. Even iFollow's midweek games are only available overseas. As L1 and L2 are not included in this new deal, i wonder if they will put pressure on the EFL to allow them to show L1 and L2 non 3pm Sat games.

As I read it it's all EFL games, the headline on the BBC is a bit misleading as it does say Championship, but one of the games mentioned is Oxford Blackburn midweek in November, saying Blackburn fans who don't fancy the trip can stream it.

"All EFL clubs will be able to stream midweek league games via their websites if Sky are not broadcasting them live"

Good or bad for the club then?
On the one hand, the deal is 36% larger than the last one.....which is probably worth six figures a season to a League One club.
But will enough casual punters be put off attending a few freezing cold Tuesday night home games in mid-winter, in favour of watching them on their laptops back home, to render this a bad deal?
Probably not, but it'll be close.

Anything that involves Murdoch AND that idiot Shaun Harvey together approach with EXTREME caution how long before the tail wags the dog into allowing/ insisting on prem b teams in the EFL ?

I think you will see an increase in the current thinking of making mid week games the long distance ones, lose a few away fans from the gate but most of those were empty away ends anyway. The home crowd drop should at least be covered by the TV money bump, it will be exiles who won't travel, i doubt the coverage will be great so if you live nearby a pint with your mates and watching it live will hopefully win out.
