In the Sunday Times Rich List today Firoz Kassam is at No. 371. Description of assets: ..."he owns the Oxford United Stadium which he plans to sell to a community Consortium" - now the ST is usually extremely well informed for this list so I reckon we can deduct that his off-loading of the stadium is not too far away? Discuss? It may well be true (fingers crossed), but having worked with researchers from the Times in the past, I wouldn't take this as gospel. Plus, it only says "plans", which has already been in the public domain for nine months or so. I know that some of their wealth claims are rather fanciful and simplistic with those people that aren't famous. Especially with those had the prudence to organise their affairs correctly.

This is why my secret fortune remains secret. Even I don't know what I've done with it.
