Despite the top effort the club has made with variety of personalised apparel available through the club shop, I'm surprised they haven't got round to producing the old '86-styled horned caps.
Is this something the Yellow Army could persuade the club to produce, or perhaps manufacture themselves? I can't imagine it should be too difficult, buying a batch of yellow caps (be they cheap ones or one of the many caps already available from the club's shop) and attaching some blue horns onto?
I know there's only a month to go, but I can't imagine they would be too hard to produce, and it's not like they wouldn't sell is it? The word "hotcakes" comes to mind...

Roofe's being rested so can't he get some manufactured at home with his brother on the sewing machine? I think his interview said they took other baseball caps and stitched on their branded badge.

My eyes are getting a bit tired. Would you mind if I looked away for half an hour or so?

Unless he literally is on tender hooks. Would be an odd time and place to bring it up, granted.

However will you fit it over your ginger wig? I do intent on trying to! I will probably bring my foam finger too.

On a related issue, and I expect you to be an authority on this, why DID Denis Smith wear a ginger wig on that day in 1996? I sometimes think that he is Scottish because of this incident but what was the actual reason?

Our Den had just told us how he'd missed out on being England manager previously so was preparing himself for the Scotland job.

I was on Martin's head but said to him "look Martin, gaffer's head is losing it's hair so I feel I should help him out." Martin agreed and kindly put me on top of Mr Smith's head.
