Hello all Yellow Player Subscribers -
I had an email from Yellow Player saying:
"we require you at this time to re-supply your payment details.
This requirement is due to a technical change which we have implemented over the summer in upgrading the production quality of Player to HD standard."
etc etc etc.
So I went back into Yellow Player and (without actually giving any new payment details) just confirmed that I wanted to continue paying the way I was before.
Now none of the bloody videos will work. I've emailed them about it, but I suggest you ignore the email until I get a reply or else if the same thing happens to you, you might not be able to listen to the Woking match tomorrow if you aren't going.
They'd better bloody fix it.

There was a problem last time they upgraded-you have to clear the browsing history on your usual one - if you don't it won't load videos even though it did at first with me. Working with IE even though this is usually quite slow. YP audio on tonight on Chrome and IE. Oh the wonders of technology!!

Didn't want to start a new thread... Those who are having problems with YP should email player.support@streamamg.com as oppose to club, says the preview show today:)

It also sounds like b*llshit, you NEVER meed to provide payment information for a 'technical problem'. Damned if I know how I became the fraud conscience of the forum but, if you are reading this, never, ever supply your details in response to one of these type of mails. If you think it might be a legit mail, contact the organisation by separate means and verify before you provide any information.

I did exactly what you suggested and emailed them direct (by finding an email address elsewhere for them). It turned out to be genuine, (but you can't be too careful) and just required me to confirm payment again within the Yellow Player app - I didn't provide any new payment details to anyone. Thanks for your concern though, appreciated.
