1) Remove pigeon poo from upper most seats on far right of SSU. (Pigeon netting would help for future) 2) Replace damaged and missing signage throughout. 3) Paint over offensive graffiti on outer Walls of North and East stands that give phone numbers to call for certain non football related services. 4) Replace a number of the floodlight on the south stand which gave up earlier in the season. 5) Creosote the fence. 6) Nip down to comet and buy a load of TV's and wall mount them in the concourses under the stands so we can watch half time scores whilst having a beer and pie.
Any more?

02 May 2011 16:51:57 Oxford could be set for problems, after negotiations over rent between Firoz Kassam and Kelvin Thomas ended without agreement. Kassam wants to increase the rent for the 2011-12 season, and may evict the club if no agreement can be reached by October 1st. Oxford are looking to ground-share, in case of an emergency, and have contacted MK Dons and Northampton Town just incase. Swindon and Reading have ruled out ground-sharing with them already.

talking of utter shit, there s a lot of the bird-originated variety on the seats in SSL as well - makes me wonder what the bloody birds eat to generate that amount of crap!

On a serious note, there is virtually no maintenence of the stadium done by the stadium company and I think considering the rent we pay them, this is unacceptable. I'd like to think that the club will apply pressure to Firoka over the summer (if they haven't already) to put their hands in their very tight pockets and tidy things up. *Or, sell the stadium to the club for a knocked down price!

It is unacceptable but there is nothing that can be done until Kassam finally goes

I have to admit, I paid £5.80 for a coke and a hot dog on Saturday - first time in ages. But oh how I prefer those hot dogs to the ones outside.
Both at rip off prices.

Paint the concourse walls. So drab and soulless inside the ground. I seem to remember OxVox organised for the work tops to be fitted in the East Stand concourse for the programme sellers etc. I wonder if via Ox Vox an agreement could be reached with the stadium company for the concourse to be pained yellow and blue via fans and sponsors in a similar way?? It would be a big job, and by rights we shouldn't have to do it, but it would be miles better than the grey grim concourse we have.

If KT/OxVox or whoever got permission to paint the concourses then I for one, and I'm sure a fair few would be willing to turn up with a paintbrush or two. Or if we wanted a more professional look couldn't the 12th man fund be used for something like this...its not exactly been busy on the player front of late has it?

I'd be happy to, and as you say, I reckon there would be plenty who would get involved. I think we could get the paint donated as well, it would be good publicity for a company if they gave us the paint. Or, if a professional job was preferred maybe a local building firm who support Oxford would help out.

Don't get me wrong I'd love to see the concourse walls painted but could look a bit poor if not done properly.

(dont think so) and a rugger club wouldnt pay as much as us, Mr K is a businessman and no matter what you think of him a good one, so no we wont be evicted, just negiotion stategy
