As I said I wasn't pointing the finger at Oxford in particular, and as has been said before a forum will always have polarised views, you seem to think you speak for all oxford fans. 90% of those attending matches at either club don't give a fig about what's going on at the other club.

I don't speak for anyone. And think if u had have pushed through the deal to get witney's stadium u could have done ok in oxford. At some point Oufc will own a stadium then u will have to move again as our owners have said they don't want rugby

The thing that really gets me and that I don't understand is why some people seem to honestly believe that the success of one club is dependant on the failure of the other. But I do tend to agree with Auntsally, if the product at the football was better both on and off the pitch, I would be inclined to go more often than I do, and I don't just mean at Oxford. Maybe it's my age but I just don't find, being herded around the streets by the police, being told where I can and can't go, where or when I can have a drink and who I am allowed to associate with on matchdays, very entertaining anymore. That's probably as much of the depressing atmosphere that Auntsally talks about as anything going on , on the pitch We've been through this haven't we: 1 pitch condition 2 stadium yield pushes price up 3 untrustworthy cuckoos trying to buy the stadium behind our backs and them pretending you didn't 4 shameless efforts to attract our fanbase when disposable income is at a premium

Well maybe it's time to step away from this argument and whilst rugby is now my primary sport and LW my team, I only also wish success for Oxford. As I have said I don't believe that the success of either club is mutually exclusive of the other so consider me to have said my piece on the matter.
