RE THE AGM. ASK A SHAREHOLDER ABOUT IT AS THEY WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT IS ANNOUNCED. IT'S NOT SOMETHING THE CLUB NEED TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT.
I WOULD THINK THE FLANS FORA WILL BE BEFORE THE SEASON, ONCE MORE PLAYERS HAVE SIGNED. I SUSPECT EALES AND ASHTON WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE CLUB BEFORE TALKING TO THE WIDER FAN BASE.

The OxVox Committee not due to meet Ashton or Eales until next week.
I briefly met Mark Ashton (along with Mr Sennett) last week at the shirt unveiling. Had a brief 30-minute chat introducing ourselves and explaining some of the questions we would like answering when we meet formally. It was productive and Mark certainly has his eye on the ball on the pitch matters, a plan to make get us moving and an understanding about the importance of all our fans and local businesses in helping making it happen. I didn't get to speak with Eales that evening.
Fans Forum seems to be on the agenda. Unaware of the AGM situation.

I AM a shareholder .....and believe me 'we' are NOT always notified (in time) to attend the AGM ..... IL snapped my head off at the away friendly to Oxford City last pre season when I dared enquire as to when the AGM was going to be....'I DONT have to hold one' was his reply! when the AGM did (eventually) take place, press were banned, and I only recieved notification of the AGM a few days before!!! As Oxvox have ambitions to have a trust member on the board....THAT will have to go through DUE PROCESS , which INCLUDES being raised and voted on at an AGM, which for your information Gary Baldi, makes the forthcoming AGM a bit more important than usual ...that is of course assuming you support a OUFC supporters trust representative being 'elected' to the board? ....putting it SIMPLY , if there is NO AGM there will be NO vote for a trust member to join the board!!!!

The club are legally obliged to give a date if they are holding an AGM aren't they? It used to be 28 days, but I believe that has now changed to a shorter period. But contact details need to be up to date. Why not call the club and ask? I hate to state the obvious.
As for the trust member on the board, why not take up Eales on his open door policy? That and the Priory are big things for yourself, so speak to him.
