So...the full backs offered nothing going forward and therefore deserve lower marks than the wingers who by definition also created nothing?! If we'd lost 4-0 would you have given O'Dowda and Williams less than Hunt & Newey saying that they offered little defensively? Edit: Just seen your mark for Potter and it's clear to me now that your drink was spiked. O'Dowda created the opening for Kitson's chance and put two or three decent crosses in, one of which Constable got his head to I think. We didn't work it well enough to get the wingers isolated, the full backs NEVER overlap so its pretty much a case of 'here you go, do what you can' whenever our wingers get the ball. Its nearly always them against two defenders with very little space to work in. Not saying I agree with the rest of his ratings, but I think its unfair to criticise O'Dowda who I thought did quite well. A fair point and one I'll happily concede, I too thought O'Dowda did pretty well.
