How refreshing to read an article about Oxford United in the national press that makes no mention of:-
a)Maxwell b)Kassam
Well done to the Gruniad!

Why do they say that we're unbeaten this season, and that the Wombles goal on Saturday was the first we've conceded all season ...?

Why do they say that we're unbeaten this season, and that the Wombles goal on Saturday was the first we've conceded all season ...? They don't. Unbeaten 'this year' and first goal we've conceded 'this year' i.e. 2014. Not season.

Unbeaten 'this year' and first goal we've conceded 'this year' i.e. 2014. Not season. Indeed - thanks. I was thinking they'd got confused about us not having lost away all season, and the incorrect assumption that Wombles hadn't scored against us ever. Both of which are (or would be if the latter were true) much more significant than "this year" records discussed in January.

I remember Mickey Lewis swinging on the bar of the Wycombe goal after scoring our 3rd?....he might not be our long future but he is certainly our glorious past and an Oxford Dog through and through...
up and at `em boys
Now I may be wrong but I'm sure Lewis never played then

Anyone have one?

Anyone have one? The Oxford Mail tweeted that picture a couple of weeks ago, before the Wycombe game.
