BTW always thought TC was a good finisher/goal poacher when in position (not sure about penalties though)

Great game lads and shows just what this team is able to achieve when they have to. Credit to all, especially Tommy Craddock who has taken some stick lately.

Well Done United! I've waited until after the match to say this, but I can't help but think with Wright out - we're much better.

Will Beano take over as skipper for the rest of the season now? Semms like he played a captains game according to JS.

Great win but I can't get too excited. It won't last under Wilder. Hopefully you will continue your boycott, team seem to plays better in your absence!! I have to agree with him to a certain extent! We have won today and it's a brillaint result, especially after monday nights awful performance. I just wont let myself get too carried away, because there has been a pattern in the past, where we win a couple and then lose a couple. If we start to get some consistancy then i might start believing.

Great win but I can't get too excited. It won't last under Wilder. Oh drop dead baldy. And you wonder why people think you're a prat. Have you seen the league table ? Like I say, great win but there's your reason why I cannot get over excited. Too many false dawns under Wilder. It would need about 8 straight wins for me to regain any faith in him. I'm not a fan who changes game by game. I want wilder out. All today has done is cancel out an abject display on Monday. What about the run we are on from the last two months of last season and carried in in to this ? Doesn't that count ? Me not there today ? Have a look on another thread why I couldn't make it. I suppose I should have just let my young kids wander the streets and buggered off to football. I'm not reckless like you would be. I care.

I just don't trust the bloke at all to maintain momentum and consistency.

Rochdale lost 3-1 at Plymouth today and were shocking from what I've read.
I hope we go and take the game to them. We can beat them.

Deserved 7 or 8 tbh, so hard working and organised. All those season ticket holders who didn't go because they dislike Oxford under wilder well, thats what happens, bet they're gutted they didn't go!

Hopefully you will continue your boycott, team seem to plays better in your absence!! I have to agree with him to a certain extent! I think most (including myself) also do to some extent. It will take more than one game to recover Wilder's reputation. I just object to Baldy's pig headed attitude which (a) doesn't acknowledge today's excellent result (b) assumes that 100% things won't improve - surly today shows that players/management CAN get results?

That result should give everyone confidence. We played well, created chances and scored. We go to Rochdale hopefully full of confidence. TC had some very nice finishes today. He didn't rush his shot and it paid off. Still not sure about Raynes, but overall we did what we needed to against what I thought were a poor team.
