What has the owner invested in the club?Maybe Wilder is not to blame for this, HE HAS NO SPENDING POWER. Over £3 million, that's what he's invested.

Over £3 million, that's what he's invested. ON WHAT .Cetainly not the players. On taking on existing debt for a start. And have you not read about the recent £650k the Lenagan family put into the club? Do you need spoon feeding? I suppose you think he "should" invest millions. Why should he? It's his money. The club is now stable financially, but can't afford a slump in attendances. CW needs to go, but don't start having a go at IL too. I don't think I've ever read a constructive post from you.

Well unfortunately you have to invest to progress. The debt .What has that got to do with the team. I am on about investing in players..Im not having a go at IL .If you want success invest in players obviously he doesnt. Is he running it as a bussiness to sell on. Stop moaning about the teams performances accept it the players are not good enough. You still havent said what the money has been invested in.How about a sensible constructive reply to my question or cant you get the spoon out of your mouth.

He has steadily put money into the club throughout his ownership and helped the club develop it's revenue streams and move towards being financially stable. Would you rather he dumped all his money on the club in one go and gamble for promotions and then risk ending up like Darlington when the money inevitably runs out?

Sensible answer. No .The problem has been the players we have are all freebies. Why because they were not good enough at there original clubs. All i am saying is he needs to buy three decent players certainly a striker it seems every club has a regular goal scorer bar us.Unless he spends we will always be a mid table team.

I thought Craddock and Smalley both cost money? Bristol would have paid 200k for Beano. How much money is this miracle striker going to cost?

What are you talking about? Very few L2 clubs pay transfer fees. OUFC has a competitive wage budget, unfortunately it would appear that the manager hasn't spent the money very wisely.

Although it's difficult to state exact figures it is clear by signing some of the players we have that Wilder has been backed, certainly backed as well as many of his fellow managers in L2. At least 12 clubs sitting higher than us have not spent a penny on players but are, somehow, punching above their weight.
Wilder has no excuse. He has to go.

Apologies to everyone for the comments I made on this thread during the gamem
Even though when we took the lead I knew we would still lose, I should have shared the excitement and hope of others on here.

Good start, a very well taken goal and a tactical balls up. Sums it up really.
Nice stadium at Rotherham though.
