Poor show. OUFC = the earthworms. Zero backbone. 3-1 up at home. Embarassing.

snatched yet another draw from the jaws of victory!
Maybe employ Moody as penalty taking coach? .... missed/ saved pen probably cost 2 points today
that said, and disapointing end result after leading 3-1, a point off one of the top teams (currently) in L2 is better than losing.... thought I'd say it was another dropped 2pts at home

Disappointing considering the circumstances but think a point was probably a fair result in the end. Not our defence's best performance either, looked like every time they came forward they (Roth), were going to score. At the end of the day a point is not a terrible outcome.

So frustrating
Nelson needs to cut the mistakes out, 3 goals in 2 games he’s cost us

Definitely 2 points dropped! Rotherham were there for the taking but we came unstuck against another big side.

Yeah you are probably right, out-muscled a little bit, missed a penalty and made one too many mistakes in defence and possession.

How did we not win that?!
Terrible penalty. No idea why Ledson would be taking it.
Defence looked shocking at times, what the hell has happened to Nelson, kept giving the ball away and looked slow. Attacking wise though we carved them open at times. Rothwell looked lively when he came on and should have scored but put it too close to the keeper

Please let us know what your solution would be smiler? A bit of defensive practice. Pretty sure they do that already. Only six teams have a better defensive record in league one. Any other masterplan? You spoke about backbone so how would you remedy this?

it's weird how many goals we seem to ship when ribeiro isn't playing. in other news, leyton orient just lost at home to macclesfield

It's hard to be too critical considering what a nice little run we are on but this was our big downfall last year not holding on to leads. Cost us top 6 then hopefully not this year. We have dropped alot of points already this year. Having said all that 11 points from last 5 games is amazing considering what happened before that. There is such a long way to go and we are very nicely placed to move forward. I'm still a happy yellow.

2 points dropped. I think Canice got caught a few times, same old not shutting out the opposition attack but a point better than none.

Disappointing to lose a 3-1 lead but unbeaten run continues. On to Fleetwood. Point wise it would have been better to lose one and win one though! Also disappointing, especially leading 3-1 and missing a penalty. Shame.

Ah well, all good things must come to an end.
To echo others, shame we couldn't take all the points but looking back to where we were 4 games ago I think the improvement is clear. I'm not Riberio's biggest fan but the defence seems to concede less when he's there. Thought it might have been worth bringing on Williamson to help with the crosses late on but anyway...
Credit to Mous, looked really solid, even showing a Dunkley/Cruyff turn (who coincidently scored twice today) + Wes worked hard again

Mr Appleton is so tactically superior to the chap we have in charge now. And that is saying something.

Mous was probably at fault for two with his positioning, doesn’t seem to pick his man up not having a go at Carroll at all, in fact I'm glad he got a start I'd love to see him given the chance to develop and push on more, it just seems a noteworthy correlation

Carroll struggled for most of the game - looked a little out of his depth at time. He will learn from that game more than when he plays well so there is nothing long term negative there. Some fans won't be happy, but we missed Ribs today. Poor penalty from Ledson, he didn't hit it hard or place it well.
Both teams struggled at the west end, so while the defending looked bad, the conditions were awful. Strange performance from the Ref. I wondered if he would stop their players with the off the ball capers. Finally, one got booked, but a pretty up and down performance. Ledson was rightly booked.
