Brizzle may have won by six today, but that only brings their goal difference up to zero

Henry finally looked the player we thought we were getting, touch of class few at this level have Thomas goal was superb and worked like a dog Ricardinho, Ledson also great
If I gave everyone their due i'd be here all night, great performance
They were seriously bad though, that blonde lad won't have many worse games than that if he plays til he's 40

As daft as it sounds I think Oxford have benefited by not having Hall available. We had become predictable and one dimensional with players fokkusing too much on playing through him. 7 goals since his injury suggests the team is now broadening their vision and looking for options.

henry sounding excellent today I've got to say all those haters on Henry can hold their heads in shame. He was pivotal last week to at Peterborough. Really? He was poor towards the start of the season and quite rightly some questioned what he brings to the team. I think he was better today and showed more of what he's capable of going forward.

I think I just watched a good side comfortably beat a poor side. Wimbledon are missing Tom Elliot I think, I thought Cody McDonald was shite today.
I feel like we look much better when Ribeiro plays as he offers an option going forward, and Henry is much better on the right. Thomas had his best game in an Oxford shirt for ages, especially in the first 15 minutes where they couldn't handle him.
Really gutted for Gino. He is a world class headless chicken but having delayed his flight out for international duty, to score a couple in the week but then get injured (and inevitably miss his international games) is gutting for him.
Pleased for Xemi though, that was a good finish. I suppose Roberts not getting onto the pitch when GvK goes off says a lot about his future here too.

Some strange comments post match on Rad Ox. Yes, Eastwood's save was at a crucual, but AFC huffed and puffed and didn't have but one shot on target. The one Eastwood saved. We played well, not without issues, but looked more assured and balanced than the Walsall game. I thought their manager has it spot on.
I had to laugh at Taylor. Getting hit in the face with his own shot was hilarious and summed his performance up. AFC looked gutless at times today. I can see why they've not scored much this season

He gets pain in his ankle when he back heels it and went off as a precaution.

AFCW were dross but let's not let that overshadow a great performance today - Oxford kept on top of everything at the back and in the middle and pressure/class paid off in the end.

Il guessing you didn’t listen to Pep’s interview then? Gino is fine - had a twinge in his ankle after doing that little back heel and (supposedly having had similar in the past) decided he should go off just in case. Xemi came on because we were 2-0 up and he preferred a midfielder to a striker at that point.

Glad he's not injured then, would've been a shame for him not to get the opportunity to play for his country off the back of a sub appearance when the game was almost wrapped up.

Wes has 5 goals in 8 league games so far this season, knew he'd scored a few but that's some record, difficult choosing between him and Obika (although their fitness is doing a good job at taking that choice away from us) but if we can keep him semi fit all season he really could end up being a 15+ goal striker
