Hi all
The email below was sent to members earlier this week. Please note that this is a members only meeting, but you can join in advance at www.oxvox.org.uk or you can join on the door. If you are planning to join on the door, please do try and arrive with plenty of time to enable us to 'deal with the paperwork'!
Hope to see you on Thursday!
OxVox AGM/15 - 25 May 2017
The 15th OxVox AGM
Just to confirm that the 15th OxVox AGM will be held on Thursday 25th May at the Masons Arms in Headington Quarry.
Doors will open at 7pm and the AGM will commence at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held in the function room adjacent to the pub
There are a number of formal items of business that need to be covered and then we will move into detailing the key areas that the OxVox Committee have been working on over the last year. This will of course include the Kassam Stadium.
There will be plenty of time for a full question and answer session.
There is a cash bar and food will also be provided.
Committee Membership
The last AGM saw an election due to more people putting themselves forward to join the committee than there were gaps. This year, with 2 spaces and 2 nominees, an election will not be required. The 2 new committee members are:
• Ali Wolfe – who works in compliance within the financial services sector
• Jemma Hayward – who works in the charity sector
In addition to the 2 full committee positions, we also have 2 co-opted positions and this year they will be filled by:
• Stewart Donald – who’s been working with The Trust on stadium opportunities
• Kate Longworth – who is Head of Community at OUFC
AGM Agenda
1. Introduction
2. Finance / Annual Accounts
3. Independent Examination of the Accounts – Vote
4. New Committee Members
5. Performance Report
• Membership Growth
• Summary of Projects and Initiatives
• EFL Trophy

6. Summary and Q&A
We really look forward to welcoming as many members as possible to the AGM for what we believe will be an enjoyable and informative evening!
Cheers
