The excellent post by S Donald on another thread in response to my concerns, has I feel raised a number of issues.
Having looked at the detail within the response and having my accountant look at the detail available, it is unclear if the City Council will be involved in the final deal. If this is not the case, will the Stadium be Community-based, owned by a trust or have shareholders ?
It also made reference to the value that Mr Kassam feels the stadium is worth and went on to suggest that this was on the high side. Can we assume that this is the main reason for inviting an individual to invest large sums of money to push the deal over the line and that funding from other sources is not now available.
I must repeat, that the fact that Stewart Donald is prepared to invest large sums of his own money is I feel to be applauded. The future ownership of the stadium is important and as Kris Kassam has clearly stated , he will only sell if the stadium becomes a community owned stadium and not to an individual or indeed the club.

right ok,spill the beans, what is all the anti zach stuff then? Zach is not a new poster. The username is new, but 'Zach' has previously posted under other usernames and has always had an agenda, although that agenda has varied over the years. Current agenda is anti-OxVox which, whatever Zach claims, includes Stewart Donald. Zach thinks OxVox and Kassam are somehow conspiring against Mr Eales. He's wrong, of course. Easy to be seduced into regarding Zach as an innocent and interested new boy. He isn't.

No, not really. Is it worth getting involved in a discussion with a man who states that Stewart Donald's involvement in the stadium deal is "to be applauded" and also "unacceptable in the extreme"? One who seemingly needs to start a new thread every time he has a thought? Make your own choice, I've made mine.

Hello 'Zach' You make some interesting points, but I'm not sure what the overall purpose is of your various, and I have to say, rather contradictory posts? Maybe it's me reading too much into your words, but you do seem to have some sort of agenda? Perhaps I can hep you with that? If you're not a member of OxVox, we'd love to have you on board. Why not join up at www.oxvox.org.uk - just follow the easy online instructions. Happy to give you a 1 month free trial to make it even easier for you to join the 850+ members we have already. I'm always happy to talk about all things OUFC, so, once you've joined up, why not drop me a message (through this forum if you like) and I'll message you back with my mobile number and we can chat? I also sit in the North Stand and am usually quite easy to find - although I tend not to hang around the toilets gossiping about OxVox meetings with Firoz Kassam! Really looking forward to hearing from you and seeing your membership application come through! Cheers Jem

After last nights result and the end of season rapidly approaching attention can turn back to stadium purchase. So, could I ask OxVox if talks still are on schedule to get the Terms of/Heads of Agreement signed off by season end?

Also, with all the Juan Satori involvement a few weeks ago (not sure where that is now by the way) and probably him having lots of money etc, if he were to get involved do we know if he will still be pursuing it as a Community asset. I guess so as that's what Kassam said he wanted to do?

At the last home match I heard zach in the North Stand toilets (the mens!) telling someone that she reckon the lads from OxVox were waiting till they got the cash then they were going to do a runner.
